00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. urged all government agencies to provide assistance to those affected by Hurricane Christine.

00:11He also immediately deployed his presidential helicopters to the rescue operations.

00:22Aside from providing assistance and support,

00:25the President's directives include rehabilitation after the hurricane.

00:36President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. urged all government agencies to provide assistance to those affected by Hurricane Christine.

00:43In fact, the President ordered the mobilization of AFP personnel and resources for relief operations, as well as PNP, BFP, and PCG.

00:53This is to make the government's action faster in providing assistance to those affected by the hurricane.

00:59Along with that, the President ordered the deployment of air assets, watercrafts, presidential helicopters,

01:05and other equipment for the rescue operations and rehabilitation.

01:11The President also urged all government agencies to provide assistance to those affected by Hurricane Christine.

01:15This is why the President also issued directives to all government agencies to assist in the relief and rehabilitation processes.

01:23The DBM was ordered to issue the necessary funds for the necessary resources.

01:28The President also immediately deployed the DSWD to the communities to distribute relief goods.

01:34At the right time, the President wanted the agencies to act immediately to distribute financial aid to those affected.

01:42The Agriculture Department was ordered to release the cost of crop insurance to those affected by the hurricane.

01:49While the DPWH was ordered to speed up the road clearing operations and to compensate for the damaged roads and bridges.

01:57The President also sent his condolences to those affected by the hurricane,

02:01and recognized the resilience of the local governments in dealing with the calamity,

02:06and distributed the help that was sent to the Bicol Region.

02:28Gensets for the satellite communication, water filtration units, and other personnel.

02:34The 525th ECB Philippine Army, 20 SAR operators, search and rescue operators, 2 inflatable rescue boats have been deployed.

02:4714 rescue boats without 2 mortars have also been deployed.

02:51The C-130 that left at 6.49 has arrived at Bicol International Airport at 7.49.

02:59And there is another element of Black Hawk Helicopters that are in Legazpi and are attempting to go to Nara.

03:12The Bicol Air Operations Administration has also been forced to use the AFP's airlift assets,

03:18especially in many places in Bicol that are submerged in floodwaters.

03:42And every area has already been reached.

03:47And we are augmenting the province's food supplies.

03:51Even though the help is still in need in some places in the country,

03:55the President assured that this will not be a reason for the help to be delayed.

04:34The Punong Ejecutivo also initiated a situation briefing in the Palace of Malacanang.

04:38The President's directive is to provide immediate assistance to the affected individuals

04:43and to immediately rehabilitate the victims of the Christine Flood.

04:47Certainly, the relief, the rescue relief, we cannot delay that because those people are already alive.
