00:14The storm's center was last seen at 225 kilometers west-northwest of Lauag City, Ilocos Norte.

00:45Meanwhile, the storm Ophel has a strong wind that can reach up to 85 kilometers per hour and a gust of up to 105 kilometers per hour.

00:56It was last seen at 950 kilometers east of southeastern Luzon.

01:01It is expected to land in northern or central Luzon on Wednesday.
