00:00Pinsalas' agricultural value has increased by more than P3 billion because of the following typhoon Christine and typhoon Leon.

00:29Earlier this morning, there was a situation briefing or situation report by the OCD, DSWD, AFP, and the Department of Agriculture right there in PTV.
00:40Another one in the province that is being targeted by super typhoon Leon is Batanes, where more than 1,000 individuals were evacuated.
00:50Governor Marilu Caico asked for an additional family food tax, especially since they are still recovering from the super typhoon Julian.
00:58The DSWD, AFP, and OCD promised to slow it down using military assets as soon as the weather improves.
01:08For now, there is a family food tax preposition in the province.
01:13The OCD also assured that assistance will continue to be provided to other areas affected by the typhoon Christine.
01:22Even the agriculture sector was not affected. According to the Department of Agriculture, more than P3 billion was allocated to agriculture and it is possible that it will increase once the assessment is completed.
