02:19President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. first offered assistance to those affected by the calamity.

02:29Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council of Cagayan is already alert.

02:35The province is already prepared as the storm moves to the north of Luzon.

02:40Equipment, rescue equipment, relief goods, and augmentation units are also ready in places where the storm may pass.
