00:00Hello, very good morning to you. There will be some sunshine around in places today. Not
00:05everywhere we'll see it because towards eastern areas we have quite a bit of cloud here, outbreaks
00:11of rain. These could turn quite persistent for a time, could even be some heavier bursts,
00:16maybe around 15-20mm building up in some places. Not enough to cause any major issues but enough
00:21to bring a fairly soggy day. Further west though, some brighter breaks, even a bit of
00:27sunshine developing, albeit with a scattering of showers developing too. Some of these showers
00:32could pack quite a punch, some hail, some thunder mixed in with them, though they're
00:36not looking quite as frequent, not quite as intense as the showers that we saw through
00:41Friday. Nonetheless, parts of Northern Ireland, North Wales, into the Midlands and towards
00:45Southern England, they're here we have the greatest risk of seeing some of those intense
00:50showers. In the east, temperatures are really going to be quite suppressed. They are generally
00:54a bit below average for the time of year, but when you factor in the cloud, the rain,
00:58a brisk northerly wind, it is going to feel pretty cool indeed. Further west, a greater
01:02chance of temperatures being around average. High teens possibly scrape into the low 20s
01:07perhaps, so in any sunshine, not feeling too bad at all. More wet weather to come as we
01:12go through the evening across eastern, northeastern parts. This swirl of rain pushing in from
01:17the North Sea, still some heavy amounts of rain possible in association with this. Further
01:23west and towards the south, clearer skies, drier weather, and with that then it is going
01:27to be a fresher start tomorrow morning than it was this morning. More widely seeing towns
01:31and cities just about staying in double figures and some rural spots dipping well into single
01:37digits. Holding up a little bit milder towards the north and east where we have that thicker
01:41cloud, the outbreaks of rain and a bit more of a wind. As we go through tomorrow then,
01:45it is going to be quite a cloudy picture across some parts of Northern England, southern Scotland
01:50with further rain for a time. That should break up and start to clear away as we go
01:54through the afternoon. Otherwise, it is again a day of some bright or sunny spells and a
01:58few showers around. Still some heavy showers are possible, but I don't think there will
02:03be as many showers as there were through yesterday and also through today. Again, some bright
02:08sunny spells, yes, a bit more cloud bubbling up perhaps as we go through the afternoon.
02:12But once more, in any sunny breaks, feeling pleasantly warm. Temperatures probably a touch
02:16higher than today, highs of around 22 or 23 Celsius. So for most, it is going to feel
02:22a little bit warmer. The showers are generally going to start to ease and clear away as we
02:27go through tomorrow evening. Could still be a few lingering, but our attention does turn
02:31to Germany where there will be some showers through the daytime, but most of these will
02:35ease and clear away as we head towards kickoff for the Euro 2024 final. And whilst there
02:41will be a bit more cloud pushing its way through as we go through the match, I think it is
02:45going to stay dry. In terms of next week, and there is still some more unsettled weather
02:50to come, it looks like Monday, Tuesday are going to be fairly wet days as a system comes
02:55up from the southwest. Some signs that we could see something a little bit dry as we
03:00go towards the end of the week, particularly towards more southern parts. And temperatures
03:05are likely to creep up closer to average for the time of year. So it should feel a little
03:09bit warmer, even if it isn't that much drier. We will, of course, be keeping you up to date
03:14with the full forecast wherever you are. Make sure you subscribe to our YouTube channel
