00:00Hello, very good day to you. As we go through this week, it is going to be fairly typical
00:05for July. By that I mean there'll be some changeable weather around. Most of us will
00:09see some rain coming and going, but there will also be something a bit drier at times
00:14as well. Looking at the pressure pattern, the system that brings today's wetter weather
00:18clears away, so Tuesday's looking largely dry for a time. Wednesday as well, mostly
00:22dry before a system comes in on Thursday, and that's likely to bring some heavy persistent
00:27rain before clearing away, and then at the end of the week, into the weekend, something
00:31a bit showery perhaps. So yes, there will be some fine weather at times, but also a
00:36bit of rain around too. Taking a closer look though at the rest of today, and it has been
00:41quite a cloudy start, but things are going to brighten up a bit, especially across central
00:46western parts of England and Wales, some glimmers of sunshine breaking through. Further east
00:51over East Anglia, still some showery outbreaks of rain here, and also across northern parts,
00:56Northern England, Northern Ireland, Scotland. The rain's breaking up as we go through the
01:00day, so turning a bit more showery, but with that, some of those showers could be on the
01:04heavy side, some rumbles of thunder mixed in as well. Temperatures are actually going
01:09to be a little bit up compared to yesterday generally. Most places getting into the high
01:13teens, low to mid-twenties, 24 Celsius perhaps towards the south, and so feeling pretty warm
01:20in the best of the sunshine as well. As we go through the end of the day, we are going
01:24to see quite a bit of the rain across parts of Scotland continuing for a time, but then
01:28it is going to ease gradually overnight. However, across parts of England and Wales, there'll
01:33be some pulses of heavier rain pushing their way eastwards. Further east, again East Anglia,
01:38eastern England, some clear skies, and also across many parts of central western Scotland,
01:43Northern Ireland, north-west England also some clear skies, otherwise a fairly cloudy
01:47picture. Temperatures aren't going to drop a huge amount, another relatively warm night
01:51for many of us, most places holding up in the mid-teens Celsius, especially in your
01:56towns and cities. Across some central eastern parts of England, there will be some heavy
02:02bursts of rain first thing tomorrow morning, but most of that will clear away towards the
02:05east, and then a few scattered showers for some of us, most of us avoiding these to be
02:10honest, and none of them look especially heavy, some perhaps more intense bursts are possible,
02:16but less chance of thunder compared to today, and like I say, many of us will actually stay
02:21largely dry, and there'll be some bright sunny spells around, it is looking brighter,
02:25sunnier than today for most of us, so a greater chance of catching some sunshine, and temperatures
02:29will be a little bit higher as well, and with the sunnier skies perhaps it is going to feel
02:34even warmer still, more chance of getting into the low to mid-twenties for most of us.
02:40As we go through towards the rest of the week, and like I say, Wednesday's actually not looking
02:44too bad, Thursday however is set to be very wet, especially across southern parts of the
02:50UK, and then perhaps something a bit more showery to end the week, so a relatively changeable
02:55week ahead, but if you want more information about what we can expect, then do head to
03:00our YouTube channel, where Aiden will have our week ahead forecast appearing later on.
03:04I'll see you again soon.
03:05Bye bye.
