00:00Hello there. As we move into a new week, it's going to turn increasingly hot as temperatures
00:05climb day on day. High pressure is in control of our weather at the moment and underneath this,
00:11we'll see those temperatures slide up by a degree or a couple each day. Towards the end of the week,
00:18high pressure will be shifting eastwards and with this, we'll start bringing in an easterly airflow
00:24and that will tap in an extra heat from the continent. But that breeze will also hold back
00:29temperatures slightly across some eastern locations. But before we get there, we've got a
00:34week ahead of ourselves and winding back to Sunday evening, there'll be some late sunny intervals
00:40through the evening for Wales, England and Northern Ireland. Those then clear intervals continuing
00:45throughout the night. Some shallow mist and fog patches possible across these locations as well,
00:50but readily clearing come dawn. Always that bit cloudier and breezier across North West Scotland,
00:55but many areas holding up into double digits overnight. Some rural locations may drop down
01:01into single figures. But for many, it will be a mild start to Monday morning and we'll see it a
01:08bright one as well with plentiful amounts of sunshine across Northern Ireland, Wales, England
01:14and Eastern Scotland. That cloud and rain persisting across North West Scotland, pushing into the Outer
01:19Hebrides as well as Orkney and Shetland. Perhaps a little bit of cloud across Lincolnshire into East
01:24Anglia to begin with, but tending to fade out with allowing the sunshine to come through and we'll
01:29see highs of around 29 Celsius in South East England, 23 Celsius across Eastern Scotland.
01:35As we move throughout Monday evening, it will be another bright one with some late sunny intervals
01:41and staying rather pleasant for many. Just North West Scotland always keeping that cloud and rain
01:46for a bit longer. To keep up to date with all of that and the temperatures as they build throughout
01:51the week, make sure you're following us on social media and we'll see you again here soon. Bye!
