00:00Okay, guys. Thanks for watching again. Today, we're going to be at co-working. Now this
00:12is what I need you guys to do, buddy. If you like the video, right, it shows when you like
00:18it, it shows views and that registers. But it'll be nice if you like it, can you check
00:24the friend or hit subscription button. A lot of people are watching analytics, a lot of
00:30people watch the video and sometimes they forget to hit the subscription or they forget to hit the
00:35like button or the notification. And if they want to see it again, they won't be able to see it
00:40again. It'll be hard for them to find it because they got to remember all the information that I
00:43told them. So it's kind of easier for you to find where I'm at once you hit the subscription. Then
00:49all you do is you hit YouTube and when YouTube comes on, it'll have a box of subscriptions and
00:56you'll see my videos in there. And if you hit my icon, the one that says Lightworker with the zero
01:02on it, the circle on it, it'll open up all my videos. You get a chance to see all 700 videos
01:09that I've made over a period of time. Now this one is pretty good, buddy. Right, this is like
01:16my first day on work. I'm an assistant administrator and my job is to make sure that
01:24the work gets out. But I'm not on top, buddy. I'm like maybe the fifth from the top, right? But I'm
01:29working hard. This is my first day. I'm a little bit nervous. So I came to work early just so I can
01:35get the feel. I don't want to come late and then I watch everybody doing something. I got to figure
01:39out what's going on. So every time an employee comes in, I'm going to say hi and I'm going to
01:44learn a little bit about them. All right, check it out, man. This is the view I have. Beautiful, buddy.
01:50Beautiful. I never had a job like this, man. I never had a job where I can work outside. I mean, I
01:57can look outside and see a view like this. You can forget about taking lunch, buddy. Because even
02:07though they say you get an hour lunch, if you look around here, I got to go way down there to get
02:13lunch if I don't do. Almost look like Margot. Looks like, almost like Trump place a little bit, man.
02:23Right? And the reason why they put it up here, because they saying like, look, as far as you can
02:32see, everybody's a customer, man. Everybody's a possibility. And if you do this job just right, you
02:43can get a chance to have your own estate right over there. In fact, the boss of this company lives
02:50right there, right where the pool is. Isn't that incredible? He can live there and look at his job,
02:56or be on the job and look at the house. It's incredible, man. But I learned a long time ago
03:03that it pays to kind of live where you work. So you don't have to worry about transporting in
03:10case situations happen, in case emergency happen. And if you want to do something more over time,
03:17the people on the job all the time gets to know the job better. Let me tell you this, man. I was
03:25on this job doing nursing, right? It was like 11 to 7. I was a personal assistant to Monsignor
03:34James P. Cassidy, the right hand to Cardinal Dolan at the St. Patrick's Cathedral on 5th Avenue,
03:40right across from Rockefeller Center Manhattan. And that was an exciting job, buddy. I got a
03:53chance to hang out with millionaires, people who have businesses, organizations. I was just a young
03:59kid, man. I didn't know a lot, but I was hanging around a lot of people. I wish I can go back there
04:04in time, my friend. If I can go back there in time with the skills I have right now and those
04:08connections, dude, I'd be incredible. I actually have a few connections, maybe, that I can look
04:19into right now. But you got to have something to offer people who have something, man. You can't
04:25go in there with your hands out saying, can you give me a job? And they say, what kind of skills
04:29you have? What can you bring to the table? They're networking, man, with other successful and
04:34financially secured people. Once you hit a home like this over here, you don't take risk anymore,
04:43buddy. You can't have 200 employees or 1,000 employees and everybody's messing up. You don't
04:50give everybody a second chance, man. You don't have the time or the energy. As you see a situation
04:56arise, you have to handle it right away, buddy. Because on this field, on this level, situations
05:05aren't regular situations. They're pretty big. Now, let's go into the office, man. I did the
05:13interview downstairs. They told me I'd be working up here. I came here early. I showed my ID.
05:20Security let me come up here, right, with a nice warm greeting. I told him my position. He said he
05:29wished me the best. So this is my office, man. This is it. At break time in this place, people
05:42be picking up books, man, and reading more. There's always a chance for advancement here,
05:47man. I would never take a job that I could advance in, buddy. See our computers? We got
05:57Apples. We used to have Hewlett Packard. Then we had Dell. Now we got Apple because this is a VR
06:04place and we got to get our graphics correct. So everybody has their own station. So let me see
06:15how many employees I can expect. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 16, and 24. Man, 24. And look, dude, this is not the
06:31perfect dream spot right away, but it can be. I work right here, man. This is my spot. This is the
06:39administrator position spot right here, man. This is my desk. I'm going to get my name thing on here so
06:46people will know me. It's going to say administrator. This is not the best place, buddy. I mean, right
06:52here, this area. And then it is because it's an opportunist. What you got to do, though, work hard,
06:58come in early, stay late, do special programs, special projects, and work on off hours like the
07:06holidays. And I'm after 5. Now right here in this office, since I can go, let me see what time it is. It's 9.
07:17People will be in here about 9.30. They got flex time, 9.30 to 10. All right, over here, buddy, they do a lot
07:26of meetings over here, right? They're working on a new project right now. This is it. They're about to
07:32build something else, buddy. Isn't that incredible? Before I heard, when they got here, a whole lot of that
07:41area out there wasn't there, man. They made a project like this, everybody got together, and bang, now it's
07:49over there. This is, I don't know, six or seven projects, man. That's a multi-billion dollar operation here,
07:55buddy. They don't play around with small people here. So this is what they're planning on doing. I don't know
08:00everything. I'm gonna find out later on today. They want to be our comedy, disco, metro, rock, disco after
08:11Inferno Metro. That's what that is? All right, this is the view again. This is the office, man. They always keep it
08:27nice and clean. You can smell the carpet in here. All right, so let me start taking a few notes, what we're
08:37gonna do. Now, the advantage over here and disadvantage is this, but it's an advantage for me, so I don't have to
08:42worry. The disadvantage is if somebody's sitting over here not doing anything, it's gonna be seen from here,
08:48because periodically when you're in here, depending on what seat you're on, you're sitting in, you can see, one, you
08:57can see my screen, two, you can see my screen, three, you can see my screen, and almost over here, you can see me
09:04and my screen, which is pretty cool. Now, these seats I don't have to worry about too much, right, because they can't
09:12see me. So what I can do over here, buddy, is I can eavesdrop a little bit, right, get more information than all these
09:20guys over here who are probably talking about the weekend, what they're gonna do after they get off of work, the kids, the
09:28family, a couple of haters. People don't get along with this one, this one don't get along with that one. Meanwhile, over
09:33here, I'm over here for one reason, buddy, to make money and get paid and to get a position where I won't be sitting over
09:41here, I'll be sitting in one of these offices right here, buddy. Yeah, so I'm gonna keep my ears open, I'm gonna listen, I'm
09:50gonna ask questions, I'm gonna look for somebody who doesn't mind explaining the job and help me to get ahead. This is the
09:58board meeting. When we have big decisions over here, they got to be made for the whole entire company, right, they'll call a
10:04board meeting. They do it maybe like two or three times a week. So we're all on the same page. That's a beautiful view,
10:11buddy. It's a good job, man. It doesn't pay too bad. And you can dress casual. I like to always wear like a tie, a white
10:23shirt, some jeans or something like that. Right. They kind of frown on wearing suits, because they don't want you to look
10:30like, you know, business, like, they want you to look like you're in a comfortable environment, like, like Google, like
10:38Silicon Valley. Let me see what they're reading over here, buddy. See what I said, man. All right, so check this out, man. This
10:47one I know right off the bat, right off the bat. All right. People will have books on the table, directly at the table, like
10:58over here. This is where we're at, too, by the way. Really close so you can see it. Beautiful office, buddy. Now, this one,
11:06listen. People have the books at the table. They might be studying. They might even be in school. Right. So when I get in
11:15here, I'm going to try to hang out with these guys. See if they know a little bit more than what I know. I'm going to
11:22introduce myself, tell them a little bit about my background, find out a little bit about them. This right here, buddy, this is a
11:32project that this table has. This table is responsible for doing a concert that's coming up. I'm not sure if it's going to be
11:40Christmas or New Year's, but somewhere near the end of the year, they come up with this. So these are the speakers, speakers. This is
11:48going to be the screen over here. And also the lights are going to be over here. This is the railing to support them. That's the
11:55kind of projects we do. Dude. Dude, what the hell is this? I know somebody bring some beer on his job. Oh, that's a gag cup. It's
12:13supposed to look like beer. Okay, buddy, because you know, right off the bat, there's no way people can get around on this job. We're
12:20going to become successful. People are doing drugs, alcohol, something like that. I don't want to tear this place apart, man. I want to be
12:29over here. This one's on drugs. This one's doing okay. This one's on alcohol. This one's depressed. This one over here is lonely.
12:37This one got nobody to talk to. This one's trying to make it to college and struggling. So he's struggling back and forth. He's going back and
12:45forth in his mind. He's not focusing 100% on the job because he has that done. Right. In which case, I'll take care of this guy right here. I'll
12:55talk to him personally. All right, boom. What's this on the floor, man? Garbage. I just got here, man. Come on. Can't be dirtying up the
13:06damn place. I told you. I thought I had housekeeping in here, man. No wonder they can't even grip it. They don't have the right
13:14oculus thing. See, like me. They can't use their hands. Can you? No. Now go over here and hope that you're on cue. Bang. Come on, baby. Give me the
13:28garbage. Damn, about time. Can't have a first day messed up. All right, let me see. What's going on over here? Not bad. Not bad. Not bad.
13:41Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. There's nothing like working on a beautiful job, man. Beautiful environment to make you feel
13:48important. You're like, I'm part of this team here, man. I don't know anything about these machines. Let me see what it says. All do crypt. It's
14:03crypto stuff. Everything is coded. Can't let the competition get us. All right, let's take a look in here, buddy. Now, this dude, dude, dude, dude, dude, dude. Did you see that?
14:22Dude. I want you to check it out, man. Let me just show you a couple of things right here. This right here can hold as two things right
14:31here. When each department has a new product out, we're able to display it right here and do a small speech. The good thing about it is that since we all
14:43work together, nobody's embarrassed or uncomfortable, right? You stick straight to the point. You're not trying to talk about your family, the weekend, what you have
14:50plans for your life. It's not about motivational speech. This whole speech over here that you're giving is to introduce your product, right? Let everybody hear it.
15:00If anybody has any suggestions how we can twerk it or something like that, make it a little bit better, right? That's what they do. And this serves as a two-part. You can listen.
15:11It's different departments and different departments are working on different projects, right? But all together, right, we're working on the same kind of idea and goals, man, to serve the company in VR.
15:23So sometimes when people hear your idea, right, it'll stir them up in their department to get their act together. At the same time, if they tweak your idea, it's like they're part of your idea, too. So they're in their own department, but they're helping you out in your department, and that's networking. That's what you really want to do, network, you know.
15:45It's amazing they put a little spot like this over here. You figure it'd be outside in the stadium. And what's this, man? This is some of our VR projects that we're working on now, man. You see this? Look at this, man. The future's coming, baby. The future is here.
16:02This is not even my project, man. It's amazing. And you see the new headsets, man. Look at that, man. Like goggles. So comfortable. It covers the whole eye. You don't have to worry about the weight, having a battery pack, anything like that. It's almost like Player Ready 1. These are the models we're going to have. Victoria's Secret, they're going to be over here. We're working on a project with that.
16:31When I say we, the whole company, but my project's a little bit different. Now, this is the VR camera that we got to use, buddy. Believe it or not, all the modern technology we have, we still got to carry this big, gigantic thing. And this is the camera here, too. All right, now, this is the part I did not see, buddy. Look at this. This is the lunch lounge, man.
16:55This is the time you can take your break, get on a treadmill, and do some exercise. In the future, this thing's going to actually work, man. In the future, what we're working on right now is we're going to have a treadmill like this. And in VR, you're going to have a treadmill in your own house. It's a combination of VR and AR. You'll be able to get on your treadmill, which will be in sync with this one. Match this up to anything. Watch a video on the wall, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie, watch a movie,
17:25watch a movie while you're walking in the house or using your own bike machine. Excellent.
17:32Now look at this, man. Look at this. Beautiful. You can tell a lot about a company based on their
17:40lounge sometimes. If it's dirty, small, nasty, the bathroom, they're out of food, they don't have any
17:47coffee, there's a mess all over the place—you can tell right here, buddy, this is the place.
17:53me in the mirror right look at this man got the microphone dude what's going on with this glass
17:59look definitely gotta move this over i hope it don't break
18:06good man now i'm not gonna look at this man so they keep the bottle over here
18:13because every friday right because we did our friday and saturday can i move this thing over
18:17here right every friday and saturday we all have a little celebration for the week's work that we
18:23did and um have a great weekend and to be coming back on monday right we'll use a little bottle
18:30man this little bottle we'll have little tiny cups that everybody can just get a sip and feel
18:34like they're part of the team now this is what i like man i always like these machines
18:40oh somebody in here let me turn out this let me see if somebody's in here first
18:46i don't want to be talking somebody's in here
18:49okay i'm gonna be in the office they're gonna get my game plan good look man nobody's in here
19:00that's the best time to get here man it's not good to come to work late man ever ever man
19:09all right i hear people in the hallway they're about to come in
19:14all right so here we go buddy i love places like this that they got different kind of
19:18coffees you can experiment with
19:22you know dude apricot sugar apricot sugar i never heard even heard of that
19:31you take those pouches you stick in there it busts back and it's the coffee cup right here
19:39man yeah you can sit over here act like you're at barnes and nobles reading a little book have a
19:48meal so that's what i'm gonna have to do man i can't go out and get my lunch it's too far right
19:55but you can bring your lunch with you you can eat it right here or what we like to do too sometimes
20:02we order from um from um door dash
20:08because we're part of seamless and seamless a program that um the job pays for
20:14that um you have an account it can get um anything for lunch under twenty dollars
20:22yeah you got perks over here buddy the other perks i have over here that i had at my other
20:30job when i worked in the stock market i worked i worked at trucks lombard and birham and spear
20:35leagues and kellogg stock market it goes like this if you work after 7 p.m they give you cab service
20:41home you don't have to pay for that either so we're talking about and instead of just a lunch
20:48they added dinner to seamless so after like about 6 p.m right because you know lunch is like about
20:5412 to 1 right so look how many hours you have you're doing overtime so you can have you can
21:00order from seamless a dinner too still twenty dollars now what some people used to do on my
21:08other job i don't know about this job man is you you get the big lunch and you get the dinner
21:17but you don't really eat all of it you're really having your mind you're gonna take it home and
21:21you're gonna eat it bang that's 40 worth of perks right there buddy they got a 401k plan here
21:30and they help you with college
21:34and you got the books over here that you can read too so you can get better in the company
21:40that's what you want to do man you don't want to be in a company
21:44and don't become successful man look at this
21:46check it out man you can work here
21:57and you can live in one of those little homes over there which you really don't see too many
22:00little homes they're all the way down there right that's because when you got a little home
22:06you gotta take what they give you right but when you got a lot of money you gotta take what you
22:10want and what people want is to be around the main events as you can see we got a stadium over here
22:16parks over there and all this area over here it's a recreation shopping recreation entertainment
22:22over here with the exception of boyce's house right there man right there man right
22:28that's a that's like a motivator every day you come here early you look over there
22:34you like y'all have no idea what it takes for me to get a home like that buddy
22:38and to have a business like this too my gosh man
22:47park out there
22:50sometime when i get here really early i just sit in the park and i have my breakfast
22:54and i look all the way up here man i go you know i work all the way over here
23:01and then when i get up here i'm going wow i was sitting all the way down there
23:08the breeze is good the temperature is about like a 70
23:12slight breeze i never really got a good look over here man
23:17because i just got here but they got a lot of activities going on in this place man
23:24you know i like my job
23:28you know so my plan is this buddy
23:32my plan is a to find out how this place operates so if i wanted to get a place like this on my own
23:39i'd be able to do it man but more importantly to find out how it operates so when i start
23:44getting good and i got to talk to the boss i can say sir i've been here this amount of time
23:50i've done this kind of work i come early stay late come on weekends holidays anytime you need me i'm
23:58here right i'm also going to school to get ahead and be our technology
24:08um it looks like this place has plenty of room for growth i like to grow a little bit
24:16i like to help a little bit more i like to use my skills to make this company get better
24:21and i just want to know that while i'm here i don't want to waste your time
24:25and i want to be working on my goals so what can i do in this office to help you besides my job
24:34besides doing my job to the best of my ability so let's say hypothetically i finished my job
24:40and i got plenty of time left what would you recommend that i do at that time
24:45i got an appointment at 11 for real though in real life and another vr place dude
24:52what is this man every time i throw this garbage away it's gonna keep coming back
24:58who the hell is doing this man
25:04all right so check this out
25:10i hope it's not this guy man
25:14i hope it's not this guy messing up stuff first of all i don't even like in a place like this
25:20for you to be throwing away paper buddy everything goes all right we're gonna use a shredder
25:27right and um what i'm gonna do is i'm gonna work with this guy a little bit i'm gonna say buddy
25:35you have any idea i could watch man from my desk over here and see what's going on
25:41but i'm gonna ask him i'm gonna say oh excuse me you have any idea how come paper's always over
25:46here who's doing it find out who's doing it find out why they're doing it find out why their ideas
25:52are not working because it goes like this man don't write something on paper right unless you
25:58know what you're writing now dude check this out man i didn't get a chance to go to the bathroom
26:05and i like it fresh and i want to put some cold water on my face
26:09double check my clothes make sure i'm okay look at my teeth make sure it's nothing look man
26:15germs i've seen not that i've never seen one but this is where it's at i gotta know that in the
26:21office some places you have your own printer and some places they monitor everything like a
26:30lawyer's office so what they do is they make a printer over here because you got to put a code
26:35over here you put a code over here and you got to put down exactly um your code number and then
26:41later on it in the databanks it shows how many times you you are copied stuff and what you copy
26:49buddy so you can't be playing games in here they put this over here for show it's been up there for
26:58a while that's from the past that's from the past but you can still use it dude dude dude i can pick
27:09that up i could pick this up too but can i drop it or should i check it out let me just see something
27:17real quick there's another camera in here it's a big one i want to see if i can pick that one up
27:24it's no joke though can i dude can i pick that little girl up all right you can't pick her up
27:33you don't want first of all it was a lot more little girls like that before right but you could
27:39pick them up and take them with you we lost maybe like 90 percent of these little chicks
27:46i think people took them home you never know what kind of weird stuff now let's check this out
27:50let's check this out this is how you take this apart
27:56all right put this over here i'm not really technical but you can take this thing apart
28:03and do something with it right that's why they let me hold it this right here
28:08where's this a vacuum cleaner
28:12yeah probably a vacuum cleaner stand it right there
28:20don't want nothing out of place man let me see if i can put this thing back
28:24i'm gonna think about it i'm with the boss coming in here
28:29all right you know what we're gonna have to say the same person is dropping that paper
28:36is the same person that's um messing with the equipment i'm just joking you don't do that don't
28:42do that on the job all right let's see i don't know why i got the flash all right man well look
28:48how good it works where would i use that in here i'm doing some work i can take a look at the
28:55equipment isn't that amazing look at that man how you can actually use a flashlight in vr
29:05good that's done how about you baby look spotlight is on you
29:12you're a star you're a celebrity okay don't hurt nobody oh is that your sister
29:17dude what's going on back there
29:22all right i want to stick this back on the wall with no problems after that i'm not touching
29:29nothing man damn all right forget it man it'll be up there by the time it comes time people
29:38coming here what time is it all right i got seven more minutes the bathroom the bathroom
29:44bang check this out man this is how well i know the place now
29:48the bathroom make a left make a right and make another left okay make a left
29:57and make another left buddy
30:02make a little slight right oh by the way let me just show you something that you probably didn't
30:06know over here during break time if you come in early you stay late you can play a game of chess
30:13man look these pieces actually move okay look at that man first of all this can't move that way
30:21it's a rook all right the points can go like this bang two spaces are let me see two spaces
30:31dude you know what this means
30:34dude what happened here it's not my turn anyway you can see it can move right
30:38beautiful plants now where's the damn bathroom real quick
30:44nothing worse than getting here early and look stressed out okay but look at these balls look
30:47at me i'm safe i'm all right all space for your credit that's what i came in here with you know
30:55i put that on my application i put that on my resume and my cover letter that's why they let me
31:01in here man nobody in here doesn't have any vr skills at all period man they got experience in
31:07something and a lot of people in here got experience in all space why because i'm in
31:14all space now i might as well be um representing all space so here you go buddy bang wash your
31:21hands over here look in the mirror you know i'm saying tell yourself you're a winner you're a
31:26winner you're a winner you're a winner that's what i'm gonna do man i'm gonna have a mirror
31:31right and whatever i speak into the mirror you gonna see the words flash they're gonna say you're
31:35a winner you can do it you're a winner you can do it as soon as i say say you're a winner screen
31:41i say you're a winner or i might just hit the button automatic thing i'm looking in the mirror
31:46a little soft music pop up in the mirror a little background something pops up in the mirror
31:51And then you hear the words, you're a winner, you're a winner.
31:55You know, let me tell you who this motivational speaker is, buddy, that I really like.
32:00His name is Billy Allsbrook.
32:03Blessed and unstoppable.
32:04You see him on YouTube.
32:06So you know what kills me?
32:08It kills me that every time I'm trying to get a stall, right, the person in front of me
32:13is always taking a long time, man, to get a stall.
32:17They need to have a stall injection button.
32:20Like if somebody's in the bathroom 10 minutes, first of all, you shouldn't be doing anything
32:24you want to do in the bathroom.
32:25That's not your bathroom.
32:27That really should just be for liquids, to get liquids out.
32:30No solids out, buddy.
32:31Because now I got to smell everything and stuff like that.
32:34You ate at home, right?
32:35Because you have plenty of time to do that at home.
32:37But you come in here, you don't do that, right?
32:39All right?
32:39Because right after you get through with a good one, you come in here, it's almost like
32:42you're at a meal, you get weak.
32:44You be over here, Bill.
32:48Bill, I got this great idea.
32:50Just like this one.
32:51You'll be everybody.
32:52Because you'll be hyped up.
32:53Yo, guys, check this out.
32:55I got this idea.
32:56It's off the hook.
32:58You won't believe it.
33:00It's incredible.
33:01First time ever done.
33:03I'm going to lay it down to you.
33:04But for, ooh, my stomach.
33:07All right, give me a second, man.
33:08Give me a second.
33:08I want to start.
33:09I have to stop it, okay?
33:12All right, let me just go to the bathroom real quick.
33:15Do me a favor.
33:16Keep an eye on the person that keeps throwing paper on the damn floor.
33:19And make sure no birds don't come in, okay?
33:23All right, be back.
33:24That should keep them busy, man.
33:28They need to have a little bit of light music.
33:30So in case I got a strain or something, nobody can hear me.
33:35You know what I'm saying?
33:36I got a sneeze, cough, whatever the hell it is.
33:38Wait for somebody to open up the store door.
33:41They flush the toilet.
33:42I got a ride on that flush.
33:44Any sound in here.
33:45All right, so check it out, man.
33:46The good thing about this job right now, coming early, nobody's in the bathroom.
33:52I can use it.
33:53I've been waiting for a while because I don't know what the hell it looks like in here.
33:56I would never use this one, man.
33:58It's too close to the front thing, man.
34:00I'm going to be only back here.
34:02Bang.
34:03Ready?
34:03And good.
34:06Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good.
34:08So here it goes, man.
34:10You in here, you think about life.
34:11Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.
34:15It's taking so long.
34:16Bang, bang.
34:19Does it smell too much in here?
34:20Let me do a courtesy flush.
34:22All right.
34:23That means you're not finished yet.
34:25Bang.
34:25But you want to make sure it doesn't accumulate in here, man.
34:28It's a little booth.
34:29Dude, no ventilators.
34:31I hate places like that.
34:32Man, you ain't got no damn ventilators.
34:34So the smell's going to stay right here, buddy.
34:38All right.
34:38Anyway, it's too much to think about.
34:42Oh, I got to the meeting.
34:44What am I talking about?
34:45Da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da.
34:47It feels funny, man.
34:48Getting out of the tall ball and going straight into a talking conversation with guys over here.
34:55There's no newspaper.
34:56You know, the Daily News cost $3?
34:59$3 for the Daily News.
35:00Let me tell you something, man.
35:03When I was young, the damn Daily News cost 25 cents, 50 cents.
35:07Everybody, everybody.
35:09Nobody was on the phone with a cell phone looking at it.
35:11Everybody's reading the newspaper, minding their own business.
35:14Find out what's going on in the news.
35:15The newspaper is no joke, buddy.
35:17First of all, you have the regular news, you got the politicians, you have what the president
35:21is doing.
35:22Then you have, like, um, little articles that's going on in your neighborhood, right?
35:25Then you have the real estate section, you can look around and see how much a place has
35:29cost.
35:30Is it more than your place?
35:31Is it less than your place?
35:32Did you move?
35:33Whatever, whatever.
35:34Then you have the jobs available down the line, so whenever your job is in jeopardy,
35:37you can always pick up the paper and say, yo, let me see what jobs are available.
35:40You got the comics, you got the jokes, and you got the TV guy in the back of it.
35:45People like sports, they got the sports and stuff like that.
35:47All right, but that's enough.
35:48All right, let me first get down on that bank.
35:49Dude, did you see that?
35:50Look.
35:51What the hell is this?
35:52Right here.
35:53Look.
35:54Look, buddy.
35:55Huh?
35:56You got to test her.
35:57I don't even know.
35:58All right, anyway, let's get out of here.
35:59All right, let's go.
36:00Let's go.
36:01Let's go.
36:02Let's go.
36:03Let's go.
36:04Let's go.
36:05Let's go.
36:06Let's go.
36:07Let's go.
36:08Let's go.
36:10Let's go.
36:11Let's go.
36:12Let's get out of here.
36:13Okay, let me see what's going on back out here again.
36:17A lot of work I've got to do today.
36:28What are you looking at me for?
36:32I said I had something important to say.
36:35I said that.
36:39All right guys, yeah this is what I have important to say. Each one of you guys
36:46here is like a chain. You're like a link in a chain my friend. Each one of you
36:54employees over here, you're not here by accident. You went through the same
37:00process I went through. You saw the job. You thought about the job. You wanted the
37:07job. You check your qualification to see if you could apply for this job. You got
37:12stressed out. Wondering if you're gonna get this job. They took you in here and
37:18brought you in an interview and showed you around. He's like, yo I gotta work
37:21here buddy. I gotta work here. I kind of like to have a cubicle. My own privacy.
37:26Because if I'm over here, bang. I'm sitting over here. I got a pimple or a bad day.
37:31Skin day or bad hair day. This person will look at me. This person will look at me.
37:35This one in the front, definitely gonna look at me. Somebody behind me is gonna see me.
37:39Stuff like that. However, that's neither here nor there. You wanted this job. You
37:44have plans for your future for this job. You said to me, not me, but the boss. But
37:49you said to the boss of the company that you can make this place grow. Okay.
37:54Everybody has a desk. You have a computer. It's all about what you're gonna do and
38:00what you have. I want you to stay motivated at all times. I want you to
38:05always put on your desk, I'm a winner. I can do it. The job's almost finished.
38:11They're not gonna believe when they see it. The company will expand. They're
38:16gonna get my own business. I want you to have all of this in mind every single
38:21day. I want you to look at your ID badge and go, wow man look I'm part of a big
38:27organization. We're going somewhere. And whenever you feel a little bit stressed
38:32out, because you've been at the computer too long, you need to stretch your legs,
38:35follow me everybody. That's what I want you to do. I want you to come out there
38:47and I want you to take a look at the big world.
38:52And say right now you might have a little piece of it, but if you work hard
38:59and stay focused, and you have goals, and you have your mindset, you can get bigger
39:06pieces of the pie. Who doesn't want a bigger piece of the pie?
39:13Even if you don't like pie, you don't want somebody to hand you a small piece.
39:19You want a big piece. You want your share. So you work hard and one of these homes
39:26out here can be yours. That's how I got here. When I was a baby I didn't have that
39:34home. When I was a baby I couldn't even walk or talk. I know how to read, write,
39:41speak this earth language. I learned it all in the same amount of time that you
39:45can learn what you have to learn to get ahead and become successful. Here, at,
39:50kick it again, at Coworking by VR Max Labs. Hold on to this one.
40:01Favorite. Boom. Might have to come back here again. Do some more work off hours.
40:07And you know what you can do too buddy? Check this out man. Check this out guys.
40:12Right? Then I'm gonna let the video go a little bit. This is what you can do. If you
40:18ever have a business idea, right? And you don't like the environment that you're
40:24in, because you're like, well, you know, it's not motivating. It's not grabbing my
40:30attention. There's not a lot of positive people over here. I don't see a lot of
40:34dreams over here. Where you at? Like where I'm at right now in the Bronx. What you
40:39can do is you can come here. You come right over here. Right? I don't even know
40:45if I said enough beautiful things about this place man. But you can see while I'm
40:48talking. First of all, this is not my place. I didn't create this place. Anything
40:53like that man. Somebody created it. People come in here. I'm displaying it.
41:01However, I am connected with this group of people here. I have done videos for
41:05them before. Right? So this environment will motivate you man. You can sit right
41:12here in the office or outside. Until you come up with a real idea in the real
41:17world man. You sit right here. See if I was in an office and the boss is over there.
41:23What would I do?
41:27And since I'm in here buddy.
41:32There's a couple of things that you can do. I'm gonna test this out. Bang. This is a
41:36movie camera.
41:40Let me see if I can get a good view outside. Real quick. Now you know what's good?
41:48People that never tell you man about a technical place. That people never tell
41:53you my friend. Let me see. Get a good view out there. Bang. This is how you do 360 man. You can also use
42:00one of those pro drones. Go up in the air and take a 360. But this camera is equipped to do
42:05that also. Might not look like it. Boom. Dude. You know what I'm saying? I wonder what would happen if I
42:13close one eye, open one eye. Now look at the video. Does it show that I closed one eye?
42:16Alright. Let me put this back. Hopefully this will stay in place. So it goes like this man. If
42:26anything is moved or anything like that and the boss asks me. Yo what happened
42:30over here? I'm gonna say sorry boss. I was just trying to get a little bit more
42:33familiar with the job. Dude. I love briefcase like that. Yeah. I want to play
42:40the guitar right now because then it look kind of weird. Somebody come in
42:44they see me playing the guitar. It's different from messing with the camera.
42:48Alright. Let me look around this office. So I got a good visual.
42:56Alright. One thing I need is a. I'm not even gonna get a cup of coffee over here man. I want to put
43:03coffee stains on that desk. Spill anything. Make a mess. Yeah. I don't want to make a
43:12mess on my first day. When all I have to do is drink the coffee out here with the
43:18bagel. Throw the cup all the way down here and see how far I can go. And the paper
43:26that's wrapped up in a bagel. Make an airplane. And just throw it over here in the park.
43:30Okay. No. I'm just joking man. You don't litter. Let me tell you man. I remember when I
43:36first got aware you shouldn't litter. I was a kid man. I was working on the job.
43:41Security supervisor working for A&S Plaza. Actually it was called A&S Plaza but it was
43:50really Melvin, Simon and Associates. They were responsible for making malls in New
43:55Jersey and in Manhattan. And my boss was a lieutenant. I was a corporal at that
44:02time. And we're walking down the street. I'm eating something. And I threw the wrap on the
44:08ground. And his name was Gonzalez. Lieutenant Gonzalez. Nicest guy you ever want to meet man.
44:14I wish I knew him right now today man. I wish I knew him right now today. He was a good guy.
44:22There's not many good guys in this world buddy. He's a good guy man. He said what you doing man?
44:27I said what are you talking about? He said you can't stuff stuff on the floor, on the ground.
44:32Then I started looking man. And I was obsessed a little bit with you know make sure you find a
44:37garbage can. Even if you can't find a garbage can, put it in your pocket. And you wait till you find a
44:42garbage can. Don't throw stuff on the ground. Then I started seeing people from other countries come
44:48to my country and litter. And I said you're disrespectful. How can you do that? How you come
44:55all the way across the continent to my place to throw garbage in my place when you came here for
45:01opportunity? Your place probably look like it's full of garbage. Don't come and dirty my place
45:07up. This is what my place looks like. This is why we don't need any war. I don't need to be looking at
45:12paper and finding a missile hit here, a bomb hit here, a missile hit here. Reminds me a little bit of
45:18Ukraine man. When I think Ukraine, Ukraine is beautiful. You look now all you see is destitution
45:24man. Hundreds of thousand people leaving. They can't live there anymore. Those who had homes
45:31would be living homeless. Brutal. Brutal. Alright, anyway. A little bit tired man. That's the
45:44disadvantage of coming to work early sometimes too man. You gotta make sure you get enough sleep.
45:47Let's see. I take a bunch of stuff man. I drink the Monster. Alright. I have coffee. I don't want to
45:57over overdo it because then you'll burn yourself out. Then instead of all the energy, you know, you
46:02wind up being like super sleepy or tired. So you gotta, you gotta, you gotta kind of like pace
46:09yourself. If you really, really need coffee in the morning, then you gotta get coffee in the morning.
46:16But if you don't really, really, really need it, you could drink it like maybe three or four hours
46:21after you get to work. And then that way you had an extra, extra energy. Alright guys. So look I
46:28talked to you a long time over here. I'm going back in. I am. When do I want to be seeing it? When
46:44people are first coming in the office. Dude, I want to be seeing right behind my desk. Working.
46:52Man, I was gonna stay in the lounge. I owe coffee. But I don't want to be sitting in the lounge having coffee
47:02because the first impressions mean a lot. And it'll be like wow, his first day. Look he's on the lounge.
47:08So what does that mean? That's a pattern already? No. So my first day I'll be at the desk. I'll be
47:16working on my projects. Trying to get ahead. I don't want to leave the job and not finish almost
47:21all of my project if I can't complete the whole thing. Right. Because stuff accumulates. I don't
47:28want to do part of a project. I come in tomorrow. I got another project. Now I gotta finish yesterday's
47:32project and work on today's project. Right. So I'm gonna keep notes. This is like my drawer.
47:38It's a little area. Okay, I'm gonna keep notes over here. All right guys.
47:45The worst thing in the world too. Right. Is to come here early. I do all that speaking.
47:51I wear myself out. And by the time somebody comes in the office, I'm asleep at the desk.
47:58When I wake up everybody's in here working. That would erase all the talking I just did.
48:04All right. So I'm gonna let you see where we at right now. I'm gonna tell you it's um co-working.
48:13Okay. Co-working.
48:18And what else? Let me show you the logo one more time. Beautiful logo too man.
48:26That's what's on the floor over there. That logo.
48:30Hold it right here. This is, this is super great man. The people that work here, they do a great job.
48:41I've been to a couple of creations. Oh let me show you. Right here.
48:48Yeah. Alert now. It's just a website. I used to think it was a portal.
48:54Oh check it out man. This is how you can find out about these guys. www.vrhispaverso.com
49:10I'll spell it for you again. www.vrhispaverso.com
49:25Look there's something that pops up over here. I wanted to check it. Oh you know what they did?
49:30They didn't center it. It would have probably said basically the same thing. All right guys. That's it.
49:40What didn't we do? We saw everything in here. We talked about everything in here.
49:46All right. Okay. That's it. Oh you know what I might do?
49:54I don't know man. The difference between outside and the office. How about here? How about here?
50:07No. This is what we. Dang dude. There's so many good spots over here brother.
50:15Even at lounge.
50:21But this is what we're going to do. The virtual reality is this. First of all man.
50:29Can I see outside from where I'm sitting?
50:39Can I see outside?
50:46No. All right.
50:51I want to be able to see a little bit of outside.
50:56Like right here. The person sitting in this seat.
51:03No. I wouldn't want to be that guy. How about this one?
51:06No. How about this one? I want the fake bear. Dang.
51:19No. They won't get the office. I want the office over here. I want that view.
51:23So this is what I got to say to myself. I got to say Ken.
51:27You want that view really bad right? But you have videos with a great view. How about this?
51:37But since it says co-working and you're in the office. You really want the office.
51:42So we're going to do this part man. We'll get the office.
51:46Dang. Once and for all. You know what's funny man?
51:51When people see a video they're doing work over here and they're expanding this place.
51:56When people see the video they're going it looks nice man. They never know that the person that
52:01making the video said yo should I have done it? Should I have did this? You never see a flaw.
52:07How about one more thing I want to look at.
52:15Because this says office too buddy.
52:22I could do this. The red and white chairs. This is where we're going to end it at guys.
52:30Thanks for watching. Please guys. If you watch and you like it.
52:38Check the like button. So that you're telling these people that you like their invention.
52:44They did a good job over here buddy. They did a really good job and it's the first time I've seen
52:50it. So they just put it up here. It's an excellent job. Give credit where credit's due.
52:56All right. Also that you appreciate. They created it and then I'm showing it to you.
53:03Put a like man. If you look at something and you like it after somebody offered it to you.
53:10What you gonna do? Say nothing? Let's say for instance you was face to face with me
53:15and I had something really nice for you and I said here you go. I got something for you.
53:19Hope you like it. Do you just take it and walk away? You don't say nothing?
53:23Or do you put a like and say you know thanks a lot man. I appreciate that. I like that.
53:27That's the same thing as a comment. Thank you for putting the video down.
53:31Thank you for creating this creation and making the world a little bit better man.
53:35Because that's what people do man. When they create places like this. They make the world
53:40a little bit better man. By letting you escape for a little while and see something beautiful
53:46in your mind. Right. And give you some ideas. Right. So put something down buddy. Right.
53:52Subscribe. You want to see more videos like this? This is fantastic. The creator of this
53:57might make something even better. Right. And you want to see it. How you gonna see it?
54:02How you gonna know it's out there? You're not going to have any idea unless I bump into you
54:06and say I'll put a new video on. However if you hit the notification button with a little bell
54:12on the right hand side. Right. Or you hit the subscription. You subscribing. Every time it
54:18comes out you get it. You're not paying anything brother to see places like this.
54:23I'm not paying anything. I'm paying more than you are though. Because I got the Oculus stuff and
54:28the VR equipment. I gotta spend time. But you're not paying zero buddy. You can flip
54:33watch it and flip someplace else. Like it cost you nothing. Meanwhile the price came from the
54:40creator myself. He had a dream and I displayed his dream. All right. Oh we're gonna kick it
54:51right here. No. No. No. No. Co-working. I'm gonna kick the office. That's how I determine it. So
55:01it's like it's not what I want to do. It's like I'm gonna keep the main theme of the um of the
55:08creation. If they say co-working this is where you co-work. I'm gonna take one more look at
55:14myself in the mirror before the people come in. Right. You don't get there early and still be a
55:20loser. Bang. Okay. My nose clean. Teeth clean. Nothing stuck to my shoes. All right. I'm good.
55:36I could have did this too you know. People be wondering what the hell is this. No. That
55:41wouldn't do it like it's supposed to be man. There's no office over here. I'm sorry for
55:47talking like that but I'm kind of sleepy. And I got what. I got an hour and ten minutes to kill.
56:05Should I kill in this office? No. I'm finished with this one. I'm gonna do another video.
56:09Okay. Thanks again. Please put a like and subscribe guys. Okay.
56:16Do for me what I do for you. Thank you and I'll speak to you guys later. God bless and stay strong.
