✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-

For Dough
* cow milk ( गाय का दूध ) 1 L
* Vinegar ( सिरका ) 2 Spoon
* water ( पानी ) 2 Spoon
* Semolina ( सूजी ) 1 TBSP
* Arrowroot ( अरारोट ) 1 TBSP
* baking powder ( बेकिंग पाउडर ) ¼ TSP
* baking soda ( मीठा सोडा ) 2 Pinch
* Food colour ( खाने का रंग )

For Sugar Syrup
* Sugar ( चीनी ) 400 g
* Water ( पानी ) 1 Cup
* kewda essence ( केवड़ा एसेंशिस ) 2 Drops
* coconut flakes ( नारियल का बुरादा )

Instructions for making chamcham:
* Take 1 L milk and boil it , after 1 boil turn off the gas.
* Take 2 tsp vinegar and 2 tsp water in a bowl and mix that solution. ( you can also use lemon )
* We will slowly add that solution to the milk to churn the milk.
* Filter the mixture of curdled milk with the help of sieve and cotton cloths.
* Pour a glass of cold water over the chenna so that the vinegar taste goes away.
* We will squeeze the cloth and extract the water from the chenna.
* Chenna will be wrapped in cloth and placed under heavy weight for 10 minutes.
* After it sets, take out the Chhena from the cloth and cut it into pieces.
* In that chenna, mix 1 tsp semolina, 1 tsp ararot / corn flour, 1/4 tsp baking * powder, 1 pink sweet soda, pinch of food color (optional) mix it well.
* Dough is ready, now Break the dough into small balls and shape into chamcham.

Instructions for making sugar syrup (chasni) :
* Put 400 grams of sugar in the pan.
* Add 1 cup water and mix
* Keep stirring till it foams inside.
* One by one we will put cham cham in that syrup ( chasni )
* Cover with lid and let it cook for 5 minutes
* Cham Cham has to be cooked on high flame only.
* In between, pour hot water little by little on the cham cham and stir. (it have taken 20 min)
* Switch off the gas and then add 2 drops of Kewra essence for fragrance.
* Once the cham cham cools down, coat it with coconut powder.
* Cham cham is ready now.

00:30To make tasty Cham Cham, first of all, we will put 1 litre cow milk in a pan.
00:40You can use any milk instead of cow milk.
00:48Turn on the flame and let the milk come to a boil while stirring it.
00:53The milk has come to a boil, now we will turn off the flame and take the milk out of the pan.
01:01Now we will add 2 spoons of vinegar and 2 spoons of water in a bowl and mix it well.
01:09Now we will add little by little vinegar in the milk and stir it.
01:17You can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar.
01:27The milk has come to a boil, now we will put a cotton cloth on the sieve and strain it.
01:33Now we will put a glass of cold water on the sieve and take out the sourness of the vinegar from it.
01:42Now we will fold the cloth and take out the water from the sieve.
01:52Now we will wrap it nicely like this and put a heavy weight on it and let it set for 10 minutes.

03:00The dough is ready, now we will cut it into small pieces and give it the shape of a cham cham.
03:06The cham cham is ready, now we will move towards the stove to make the sugar syrup.

03:54We will add hot water to the cham cham and stir it like this.
