BOLLITO CON PURÈ DI VERDURE
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
350 g veal brisket, 2 onions, 2 carrots and 4 chopped potatoes
100 g margarine (or butter), 4 tablespoons milk
PREPARATION:
Cook the meat in salted water for about 2 hours
Add onions, carrots and potatoes peeled and chopped
Cook for another 30 minutes, remove the meat, slice it, keep it warm
Blend the cooking dough and put it back on the fire with margarine (or butter) and milk
Stirring all the time
Serve the mashed potatoes hot with meat
