BOCCONCINI CRISTINA
INGREDIENTS:

400 g veal pulp, 30 g butter, oil, sage, rosemary, bay leaf, a small glass of cognac
4 onions, 2 carrots, celery, 2 tablespoons flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon
PREPARATION:
Brown butter, oil and odours
Flour the morsels and then slice the vegetables
