BATSUA' (BAS DE SOJE)
INGREDIENTS:

500 g of pig’s feet, vinegar and salt
PREPARATION:
Delicious dish, but not for delicate stomachs
Scorch the pig’s feet so as to eliminate all the hairs
Wash and boil in salted water with vinegar
When cooked divide them into two or four parts and place them on a plate, compressed by a weight
The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
