CONIGLIO AL ROSMARINO
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 6 people)
a rabbit, 4 tablespoons of oil, a glass of white wine, potatoes, rosemary, salt, pepper
PREPARATION:
Stick rosemary rabbit and put it in a casserole dish with 4 tablespoons of oil
Sauté in the hot oven, season with salt, pepper, add the wine and cook for about an hour and a half
Half an hour before removing it from the oven add the diced potatoes
