Squats! 10X135lb, 6X185lb, 3X3X225lb. I am using the Arthur Lift style of hopping the bar up the back. Why oh why am I doing this while a perfectly available rack sits behind me?! Hopping the bar up the back pre-fatigues my lower back requiring me to dig a bit deeper to stay upright. A few workouts like this will pay off BIG when I go back to placing the bar on my shoulders directly. Also, l knew some Pullups were to follow and hopping the bar up the back gets the shoulders warmed up and jumping....
