Worked up to a ~510lb Kennedy Lift in honor of James Walter Kennedy who lifted a 1,030lb block in a similar manner January of 1890. Can you imagine?! Hope you enjoy the video. God Bless!

02:47All these plates are overweight by at least a pound if I remember right, some by two.
02:53Strength Tech collars are another two pounds, so I'm definitely going to put this at 510.
