Third day of Underhand Kelly Snatches with a 2⅜" thick Axle. Weight lifted was 76½ lb. I noticed on Day 1 that the down from right to left and decided to try and fix it on Day 2 with Neck Bridges which did NOT work. Today, l used a Behind the Back Squeeze with a Gripper to help align my Shoulder Girdle. If while using the Gripper l notice the Lats cramp evenly with the same intensity, then l know the alignment is good. I definitely got some pops & cracks as the shoulders realigned and some Rib Heads on the right side got shoved back in.
Look at how level that Axle is at the finish! Hallelujah! Such a simple fix. There seems to be a slight horizontal twist which l may attempt to fix, but for right now....l am satisfied! Keep learnin' & Keep tryin'. God Bless!
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

00:00So this is day three of Kelly Snatches. I'm trying to figure out how to get my arms
00:05even. I tried neck bridges yesterday. Those were easy so I kind of knew it wasn't
00:12going to fix anything. I didn't feel anything shifting and they just went
00:14right up. But I know this has worked in the past. I take a gripper, put it behind
00:19my back, interlace the fingers and try to squeeze it together and I'll get some
00:28popping in my spine and this shoulder, some of the ribs. And I noticed that when
00:36things are aligned, both lats fire right up. If I'm not aligned, one lat gets really
00:42contracted more than the other one. I've done this about, I think this is the fifth time
00:46today I've used this. So let's test it out and see.
00:58It felt good. Let's see what the video says. But praise the Lord that felt good.
01:58Oh, felt good.
02:28Oh, praise the Lord, that's fun. Good stuff. Good stuff.
02:58Oh, praise the Lord, that's fun. Good stuff.
03:24Oh, praise the Lord, and it's starting to rain again.
