Getting back into the Pullover & Press lately. Been looking at old articles and pictures of the 1940s trying piece together a better understanding of the Pullover portion. I'm using ~139lb. Each set felt better than the last! The Presses felt rusty, but they SHOULD: its been a while! Stay tuned for a more in depth look at Barbell Pullovers and why you want to have them as a regular part of your routine. God Bless!
"Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord."
