Yep. Started out with some singles with a 115 year old 131lb Fisher anvil then continued on with the 102.5lb Trenton anvil for three sets of fives. So. Why? Right? I like the challenge of a solid i.e. non adjustable weight. Either you can lift it or you can't: just like Hub Lifting. This was extremely challenging and l can't wait to do them again. Pecs, Lats, Hams(cramping), Brachioradialis, Triceps and grip got THOROUGHLY worked. I'm ALREADY SORE! God Bless!!
