102½lb Trenton anvil Bent Pressed a couple of times on each side. Why use an anvil? I like the balancing challenge. I have to stay focused the entire time or else the anvil will fall. Also, the anvil stretches the hand & wrist intensely. Lotsa good going on here though l DO NOT recommend YOU do this. God Bless!
