- 1 cup Split Black Gram(soaked)
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- 2-5 cups Water
Ingredients for Tempering:
- Ginger(julienne)
- 1 Onion(sliced)
- 3 tsp Ghee & 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Green Chillies(slit)
- 1 Tomato(chopped)
- Water
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
