Paneer ( (sliced) - 200 gms
Salt (as per taste)
A pinch of Turmeric Powder
A pinch of Black Pepper (crushed)
A pinch of Coriander Seeds
Oil (For Cooking)
4 Brown Bread (slices)
Hung Curd - ¼ cup
Carrot (grated) - ¼ cup
Green Capsicum (sliced) - ¼ cup
Chaat Masala - ¼ tsp
Coriander & Mint Chutney (for spreading)
Tomato (sliced)
Flax Seeds (roasted)
Lettuce Leaves

00:00 This is my Gym Protein Sandwich which is full of protein.
00:05 It is full of fibre and it is very easy to make.

00:12 In this Gym Protein Sandwich, I am using Paneer in the form of a veg.
00:22 So here I have taken a total of 200 gms of protein.
00:25 And we will first marinate it, sprinkle a little bit of salt.
00:31 Pinch of Turmeric.
00:33 Crushed Black Pepper.
00:35 And Coriander Powder.
00:37 And 1-2 drops of Oil.
00:41 We will rub it nicely.
00:44 So I have rubbed the Paneer pieces with the Indian Spice mix.
00:48 So I will cook it lightly.
00:50 We will spread a little oil in the hot pan.
00:54 And now we will add the Paneer pieces to it.
00:57 So the Paneer pieces are grilled.
