ingredients :

Dill Leaves (washed & chopped) - 2cups
Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup
1- inch Ginger (chopped)
Garlic Cloves - 6-7
Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1tbsp
Water - 1tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 1tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1tsp
Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Oil - 2tbsp
Chickpea Flour - 1cup
Rice Flour - ¼cup
Water (as required)
Oil (for greasing)
Sesame Seeds (as required)
Oil - 2tbsp

00:00 Today we are going to make Sepuchi Vadi.
00:03 Sepu contains a lot of Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
00:06 It is a must-have in your diet.
00:09 Let's start.
00:11 For this, I have washed and chopped 2 cups of Sepu.
00:19 For this, first we will take 1/4 cup of coriander seeds in a mixer grinder.
00:23 Now goes ginger.
00:26 6 to 7 garlic cloves.
00:30 2 hot green chilies.
00:32 1 tbsp cumin seeds.
00:34 Add 1 tbsp water.
00:36 Grind the mixture well.
00:38 We have ground the mixture coarsely.
00:41 First, we will take Sepuchi Bhaji in a mixing bowl.
00:45 Now goes the ground mixture.
00:49 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
00:51 1 tsp red chili powder.
00:53 1 tbsp coriander-cumin powder.
00:55 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
00:57 Salt to taste.
00:59 2 tbsp oil.
01:01 Mix everything well.
01:04 Now goes 1 cup of gram flour.
01:09 1/4 cup rice flour.
01:12 Mix everything well.
01:15 We need a little liquid batter.
01:22 So we will add a little water to it.
01:24 I have added 1/4 cup of water.
01:27 You can see that the batter is neither too hard nor too soft.

01:35 We will add a little oil to it.
