Ingredients:
150 gms Cashew Nuts
1 Onion (chopped)
3 Tomatoes (chopped)
8-10 Garlic Cloves
Ginger (chopped)
Cashew Nuts
Butter
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
Oil
Butter
2 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves & 2-3 Green Cardamom
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Water
Coriander Seed Powder
Black Pepper Powder
Salt
1 cup Water (for Gravy)
Garam Masala Powder
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Fresh Cream

Method: Let’s start with putting Cashew Nuts in the Pan dry roasting them on low flame. Once they are roasted properly then take them out on the Plate. Next add Onion (chopped), Tomatoes (chopped), Garlic Cloves, Ginger (chopped), Cashew Nuts, Butter, Green Chillies (chopped). Next, mix it all the Ingredients properly together. Next, once the Ingredients is cooled down grind it in the mixer. Now add the Oil in the Pan with Butter, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Green Cardamom, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder add little water then add the ground Masala. Next add Coriander Seed Powder, Black Pepper Powder. Now mix all the masala and fry them for 4-5 Minutes the add Salt (as per your taste) now add water for the Gravy, with Garam Masala Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Coriander Leaves (chopped) and finally add Roasted Cashews cook it for few moments and then add Fresh Cream and now your Kaju Curry is ready to serve.
