½ Onion (shredded)
½ Green Capsicum (shredded)
6-8 Curry Leaves
½ tsp Salt
½ cup French Beans(chopped)
1 Carrot (julienned)
¼ cup Corn
A pinch of Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Curry Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 cup Water
200 ml Coconut Milk
A pinch of Sugar
1 tsp Tamarind Pulp
Coriander Leaves (for garnish)

00:02 And today I have a simple curry recipe for you all,
00:05 which is going to be very useful for students and bachelors.
00:08 So let's see the recipe for Vegetable Coconut Curry in the microwave.
00:12 This recipe is going to be entirely made in the microwave.
00:15 From start to finish.
00:17 So in a microwavable bowl,
00:19 heat up around 1 and a 1/2 tbsp of Oil.
00:22 Heat the Oil for 1 minute.
00:27 Add in 1 tbsp of Garlic, finely chopped.
00:31 1 tbsp of Ginger, finely chopped.
00:34 1/2 an Onion, shredded.
00:36 1/2 a Capsicum, cut lengthwise.
00:38 Few Curry Leaves.
00:40 1/2 a tsp of Salt.
00:43 Give this a mix and microwave for another minute.
00:53 Let's add in 1/2 a cup of chopped French Beans.
00:57 1 carrot julienne.
00:59 1/4 cup Corn.
01:01 Give this a good mix.
01:03 Again for a minute.
01:11 A pinch of Turmeric Powder.
01:14 A tsp of Cumin Seeds.
01:16 1/2 a tsp of Cumin Seeds.
01:18 1/2 a tsp of Cumin Seeds.
01:21 1/2 a tsp of Turmeric Powder.
01:23 A tsp of Curry Powder.
01:25 If you do not have Curry Powder, you can even add Garam Masala or Sambar Masala.
01:29 1/2 a tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
01:33 Give this a good mix.
01:35 Let's add in 1 cup Water.
01:40 Cover it with Cling Film.
01:43 Poke a few holes in the Cling Film to let the steam out.
01:49 And put it into the microwave for another 2 minutes.
01:52 It's nice and hot. Remove it carefully.
02:01 Open the Cling Wrap.
02:04 It's very hot.
02:06 Let's add in 200 ml of Coconut Milk.
02:09 Just a pinch of Sugar.
02:11 1 tsp Tamarind Pulp.
02:14 Give this a good mix.
02:17 Cover it again.
02:19 And microwave for another 2 minutes.
02:23 Very carefully remove the Cling Film.
02:35 Give this a good mix.
02:37 And this Curry is ready.
02:39 You saw how easy this was to make in the microwave.
02:43 It just takes about 8-10 minutes.
02:45 You can even use frozen vegetables or even just Green Peas if you have.
