1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns
1/4 tsp Sagar
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Goan Vinegar
3 cup water
2 Pomfrets (cleaned)
