Septième épisode de The Miam Factory avec un premier featuring, Alex Kis, second de cuisine au Bistrot de la MC2 (Grenoble).
Au menu, un dessert spécial fraise : soupe de fraises à la menthe et cupcake fraise Tagada.
"Autour de la fraise"
- Soupe de fraises à la menthe (750g de fraises, 20 feuilles de menthe, 3 cuillères à soupe de jus de citron, 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre de canne)
- Cupcake fraise Tagada (150g de fraises Tagada, 150g de farine, 125 ml de lait, 20g de beurre, 1 oeuf et 1/2 sachet de levure pour le gâteau, 18 fraises Tagada et 60cl de crème fraîche liquide pour le topping)
Shooté au Panasonic GH1 / Pancake 20mm, monté sous Sony Vegas.

Seventh episode of The Miam Factory with our first featuring, Alex Kis, assistant chef at the MC2 Bistro (Grenoble).
On the menu, a special strawberry dessert : strawberry soup with mint and Tagada candy strawberry cupcake.
"Around strawberry"
- Strawberry soup with mint (750g of strawberries, 20 mint leaves, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of sugar cane)
- Candy Tagada strawberry Cupcake (150g candy Tagada strawberries, 150g flour, 125ml milk, 20g butter, 1 egg and 1/2 packet of yeast for the cake, 18 Tagada candy strawberries and 60cl single cream for topping)
