Pilote d'une série d'épisodes culinaires, pour se cuisiner de bons petits plats facilement et rapidement.
On commence avec le filet mignon de porc en croûte au boursin, accompagné de petites courgettes au wok.
Ingrédients : un filet mignon de porc (400g), une pâte feuilletée, de la moutarde, du sel, du poivre, de l'emmental râpé, du boursin, un oeuf, 3 courgettes.
Shooté au Panasonic GH1 / Pancake 20mm, monté sous Sony Vegas.
