Recipe to prepare "Choco Shells":
Ingredients:
1 pack biscuits
1 tbsp coffee powder
2 tbsp flour
5 tbsp caster/ground sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp clarified butter/ghee
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup corn flakes, to garnish
little icing sugar, to garnish
Method:
Take a mixing bowl; add in coffee powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, flour and water. Mix well.
Dip in biscuits, and coat properly on both the sides.
Take a different bowl, and add in cocoa powder, 4 tablepoon sugar and ghee. Mix well.
Take a silver foil, and place all the dipped biscuits (one on the another) at its centre.
Spread the cocoa mixture from top to bottom of the biscuit-tower, and cover it completely.
Place it in a plate, and refrigerate for around 10 minutes.
Cut slices (horizontally) of the refrigerated biscuits.
Cut each slice into four pieces, and plate them.
Dust with little icing sugar.
Garnish with cornflakes, and Choco Shells are ready to serve.
