00:00 Welcome to instant cooking. Today I am making instant radish pickle. This pickle is very
00:09 instant and it's a very rare and very tasty pickle because radish is normally used in
00:15 salads but we are making a pickle of radish. So what we have to do first take a radish
00:22 peel the radish and make the slice. Slice them and put it into a jar container. Then
00:33 take 1 inch of ginger and make the julienne of ginger. Add ginger julienne into the radish.
00:55 Then take 2 to 3 clove of garlic, slice them and add it to the pickle container. Then add
01:03 2 teaspoon of vinegar. Mix it. Now add a pinch of red chilli powder. Mix it again. Add little
01:23 bit salt or salt to taste. When you add salt the radish will leave its juices. Now add
01:32 half a teaspoon of mustard pulse or mustard seed or so-so. Add a pinch of aniseed. Add
01:40 a pinch of whole coriander seed. A pinch of onion seed. A pinch of cumin seed and a pinch
01:55 of fenugreek seed. Mix it all. Then add black salt or rock salt and mix all the ingredients
02:08 very well. Now add a pinch of turmeric. Now you can make it in two ways. If you like your
02:18 pickle towards citrus side then add juice of three lime. Mix it well and leave it for
02:26 at least 3 hours and your pickle is ready. And second way is to add 3 to 4 teaspoon of
02:33 mustard seed oil. Mix it well and leave it for 6 to 7 hours and your pickle is ready.
