00:25 We will grind it straight and then temper it.
00:30 This is coconut chutney, which will have coconut.
00:33 So we have half a coconut which we have chopped.
00:36 Green chilli, you can make it more spicy if you want.
00:40 If you want it less spicy, add only one green chilli.
00:43 We will add garlic, garlic has its own spiciness.
00:47 It has a peculiar flavour.
00:49 Along with it we will add salt and green coriander.
00:54 You can serve this chutney with dosa, idli, appam.

03:56 We are taking 3-4 spoons of chopped tomatoes for 1 bowl of coriander.
