HARA BHARA KABAB
Ingredients
Oil – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeera – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Cashew nuts – 8 to 10
Green Peas – 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Spinach / Palak – 200 gms
Potatoes /- 4 Boiled, Peeled & Grated
Cottage Cheese /Panner – 250 gms grated
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Bread Crumbs – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

00:42 Ingredients
00:56 To make Harabhara Kebab or crispy palak paneer tikki
01:00 we will first make a mixture
01:02 We have turned on the gas
01:04 In a kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil
01:15 Once the oil is hot, add 1 tsp cumin seeds
01:21 3 green chillies, finely chopped
01:27 1 onion, finely chopped
01:37 8 to 10 cashew nuts
01:44 1 cup green peas
01:49 Fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame
01:55 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
02:06 1 tsp turmeric powder
02:12 1 tsp chaat masala
02:19 1 tsp garam masala
02:25 1 tsp red chilli powder
02:37 1/2 cup coriander, finely chopped
02:47 200 gms washed and chopped spinach
03:07 Cover the pan and cook it for 10 minutes on low flame
03:14 After 10 minutes, remove the lid
03:23 Turn off the gas and let it cool down
03:26 Then grind it in a mixer
03:30 We have ground the spinach mixture
03:35 We have not added any water while grinding
03:43 Transfer the mixture to a bowl
03:50 We have boiled 4 potatoes, peeled and grated
03:56 Add it to the spinach mixture
04:08 Add 250 gms grated paneer
04:23 Add 2 tbsp corn flour
04:28 Add 2 tbsp bread crumbs
04:34 Add salt as per taste
04:40 Mix it well
04:51 Our aloo and spinach green mixture is ready to make tikki
04:59 Grease your hands with oil
05:14 Take a piece of cashew nut and press it on the pan
05:40 Dip it in bread crumbs
06:03 Similarly, make all the tikkis
06:18 Dip it in the green chutney and fry it in a pan
06:47 Dip it in the green chutney and fry it in a pan
07:07 Dip it in the green chutney and fry it in a pan
07:32 Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs
07:54 Flip the tikkis and fry them
08:04 Put the tikkis in a strainer to drain the excess oil
08:13 Similarly, fry the remaining tikkis
08:24 Our crispy spinach paneer tikki is ready
08:29 Serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney
08:45 (upbeat music)
