00:09 Welcome back to Ghee's Platter with yet another very interesting dish called Veggie Toastie
00:17 This has a lot of veggies & believe me as we will tell you which veggies
00:22 I will tell you the secrets that how you can feed your kids with which veggies
00:27 Let's see which ingredients I am using today
00:30 We will use boiled potatoes, onion, finely chopped cabbage, finely chopped capsicum
00:39 for taste some green chillies, butter, medium to cook & bread
00:45 Let's get going
00:47 So first of all we will heat the pan & we will add a little bit of oil
00:53 Oil is heated, let's add onions
01:01 Now we will reduce the flame & add vegetables
01:08 We will add cabbage & carrots first as it takes more time to cook & we will add capsicum at the end as it cooks in a minute
01:17 Here I have taken 1 bowl of cabbage, 1 bowl of carrots & 1 bowl of capsicum
01:22 And we will let it cook for some time
01:27 This is the time to add any vegetables you want to add, you can add what your kids don't eat
01:37 Capsicum is right at the end as it needs a little bit of crunchiness & we will cook it as much as it needs
01:45 Till it cooks we will get ready with our potatoes
01:50 Now we will get ready with potatoes, for that we have taken boiled potatoes & we will grate them
02:03 We grate them so that they don't become lumpy
02:08 Our vegetables are cooked
02:22 This is the time when we can add salt
02:29 Salt makes the vegetables cook faster

02:36 You can add garam masala also, but today we get magic masala which enhances the taste of the dish
