Ingredients:
200gms Paneer cut into cubes
Ghee
1 Bay Leaf
5 Cloves
1 Black Cardamom
½ inch Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Ginger–Garlic Paste
1 Cubed Onion
1 Cubed Capsicum
1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder
Coriander leaves for garnishing

For Masala:
Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilly cut into round
2 Medium Size Onions sliced
4 Medium Size Tomatoes cubed
Few Cashew Nuts
Salt as per taste

Method of Cooking:
1. Heat a vessel add oil, then add 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds and 1 Green Chilly cut into round.
2. Then add the 2 Onions Sliced and cook till translucent. Then add the 4 Cubed Tomatoes and add Salt and add few Cashew Nuts.
3. Let the mixture cool for sometime and then grind into a fine paste.
4. Heat a vessel and add Ghee.
5. Then add 1 Bay Leaf, 5 Cloves, 1 Black Cardamom, ½ inch Cinnamon Stick, 1 Tsp Ginger–Garlic Paste and cook till raw smell of Ginger-Garlic paste disappears.
6. Then add the ground masala and let it cook for few minutes.
7. Add 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder, ½ Tsp Garam Masala Powder and stir it for few minutes.
8. Then add the Masala water and adjust the consistency.
9. Next add the Paneer cubes, cubed onions and cubed capsicum and mix well.
10. Add Salt as per taste.
11. Close the lid and let it cook for few minutes.
12. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.
Your Yummy Paneer Masala is ready.
