Ingredients for Fried Paneer:
(Serves 2)
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- Water
- 200 gms Paneer
Ingredients for Corn Flour Slurry:
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
Ingredients for Gravy:
- 1 tbsp Garlic(minced)
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger(minced)
- 1 Spring Onion White(sliced)
- 1 Green Chilli(slit)
- 1 Capsicum(chopped)
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- Salt
- Corn Flour Slurry
- 1/4 tsp Vinegar
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Take cornflour in a bowl, and add all purpose flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, dark soy sauce, water to it, and whisk it to make a batter
3. Now,coat these paneer with the batter, and start frying these paneer in the hot oil
4. Fry these paneer evenly on all the sides, and take it out in a plate
5. Now take water in a bowl, and add cornflour to it
6. Mix it and keep it aside
7. Now, on a low flame, heat oil in a pan, and add minced garlic- ginger in it
8. Mix it, till the raw smell of ginger-garlic goes away
9. Add sliced white spring onion, slit green chilli, chopped green capsicum, black pepper powder to the pan and mix it
10. Now, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, water to the pan and mix it
11. Add salt to the pan, along with the corn flour slurry, and mix it
12. Now, add fried paneer to the pan; coat it with the gravy and add vinegar to it
13. Mix it, take it out and serve it
