Navratri Special Recipe - बटर पनीर -No Onion-Garlic Butter Paneer Recipe - Paneer Makhani In Marathi

Ingredients:-
½ ltr Water
4 Tomatoes, sliced
5 Green Chillies, sliced
1 inch Ginger
1 cup Cashew Nuts
2-3 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Butter
2 Bay leaves
5 Green Cardamoms
1 inch Cinnamon
½ tsp Turmeric powder
Red Chilli powder
Water as required
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
Pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
½ kg Paneer, cubed
Fresh Cream
Kasori Methi powder
Method:-
In a bowl add water, tomatoes, chillies, ginger and blanch them.
In a mixer jar, add cashew nuts, milk and grind it into a fine paste.
Check the tomatoes and if the tomatoes have started leaving their skin switch off the flame and take them out in a mixer container and grind into fine paste.
Heat a vessel, add ghee, butter, bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon and saute it for some time.
Add the prepared cashew paste and saute it for some time on medium flame.
Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomato paste, saute it until they start leaving water.
Add garam masala powder, tomato ketchup, sugar, water, mix well and add salt.
Cut the paneer into cubes, add it into the gravy and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Switch off the gas, spread some fresh cream and sprinkle kasori methi on it.
Our Butter Paneer is ready.
