Ingredients
2 tbsp of oil
1.5 tsp of cumin seeds
3 chopped green chillies
2 chopped onions
1.5 tsp salt
3 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
puree of 4-5 tomatoes
1 tsp of red chilli powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
few coriander leaves
blanched spinach/palak
2 tbsp of milk
1/2 kg of paneer cubes
1.5 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of cardamom powder
1.5 tbsp of fresh cream
Method
- Turn on the gas and heat some oil.
- Add cumin seeds,green chillies,onions and salt and let the whole mixture cook properly.
- Add ginger garlic paste and let it cook.
- Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and let it cook.
- Add coriander leaves and blanched palak.
- Add milk for gravy consistency.
- Add paneer cubes, garam masala, cardamom powder and fresh cream.
- Turn off the flame and Palak Paneer is ready to be served.
