Ingredients
Vegetable Stock
1 jar of water
2 chopped onions
5-6 chopped tomatoes
2 green chillies
1 tbsp almond
2 tbsp cashew nut
1 tbsp cardamom

Kofta
200gms of paneer
3 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp of salt
cumin
dry coriander
red chilli powder
coriander leaves
3 tbsp cornflour

Curry
2 tsp of ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dry coriander
1 tsp cumin powder
coriander leaves
1/2 cup of fresh cream
garam masala

Method
- In a pan add water and chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, almond, cashew nut and cardamom and let it boil
- Mash the paneer and add boiled potatoes and mix them together add salt, cumin, dry coriander , red chilli powder, coriander leaves, cornflour
-Make small ball and keep a cashew nut inside it and roll it and fry in hot oil.
- Drain the water from boiled vegetables and let them cool and make a puree of it by using grinder and vegetable stock.
- In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, add the puree and vegetable stock
- Add salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander, cumin powder, coriander leaves and fresh cream & garam masala.
- In a plate place the kofta's and pour the gravy over it
- Malai Paneer Kofte is ready to be served
