00:47The three dams that are located there and are still open until now are Buklao,

00:54which is the upstream, then in the downstream is Hinga,

00:57and in the lowest, which is the dam that is located in Pangasinan, the San Roque Dam,

01:05and we also have the Magat Dam, which is located deep in the River Basin,

01:11and this Magat Dam is located in Isabela.

02:10and the water being lost in San Roque is still a bit tolerable in our river,

02:18so it does not have much effect,

02:21and in the Agno River Basin, there is not much strong rain observed there.

02:27What we are monitoring is the Magat,

02:31because the Magat in Isabela, which was hit by the strong rain,

02:38so there is a lot of water being lost

02:42because it is necessary for it to reach the normal high of 193,

02:49so there is a lot of volume of water being lost,

02:53but that is not the real reason,

02:56the water is just a bit strong, the rain that fell within the watershed of Cagayan.

03:01In the Magat, because you said that the water being lost is big,

03:07maybe there are areas that you want to investigate,

03:11areas where there are people who live there,

03:15are they prepared to flood their area?

03:21Actually, this was affected by the loss of the Magat,

03:25the loss of the Magat will fall from Magat River to Cagayan River,

03:31so these are the municipalities that were affected by the direct loss of the Magat,

03:37Alfonso Lista in Ipugao, Ramon, San Mateo, Aurora, Cabatuan,

03:47Luna, Reyna Mercedes, Borgos, Naguilian, and Gamo.
