00:00Good morning to all. Here is our update on the weather forecast for Baguio-Leon.

00:07The storm is still strong, or the storm is getting stronger while the East Philippine Sea is being washed away.

00:14The wind strength near the middle or its eye is reaching 165 kmph.

00:22Meanwhile, the wind speed is reaching 205 kmph.

00:28At the moment, the distance from the center or the middle of Baguio is 395 km.

00:37We are still expecting it to move in the direction of west-north-westward or towards the extreme northern zone at a speed of 15 kmph.

00:50In our forecast track and intensity, you will notice that we are still expecting it to move in the direction of the extreme northern zone.

01:01After this, it will pass through Taiwan until it leaves our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

01:09The day that is coming in the Batanes area is tomorrow morning or afternoon.

01:22We are still expecting that the center of Baguio-Leon will landfall in Batanes.

01:33We are still expecting the storm to be strong while it is washing away the sea.

01:40Before it reaches Batanes, it might reach the Super Typhoon category.

01:47If it does not change its track and direction,

01:50the storm will be outside our Philippine Area of Responsibility by tomorrow evening or by Friday morning.

02:03Now, we have passed the Tropical Cyclone Wingsignal No. 3.

02:08This is in Batanes and the eastern portion of Bambayan Islands.

02:16Wingsignal No. 2 is in the northern and eastern portion of Apayao, Calinga, Northern and Eastern portion of Abra, Eastern portion of Mountain Province, and Ilocos Norte.

02:36Wingsignal No. 1 is in the southern portion of Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, southern portion of Mountain Province, Ifugao, Benguet,

02:48northern portion of Abra, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, northeastern portion of Tarlac, northern portion of Bulacan, northern portion of Quezon,

03:05Ponelo Islands, Camarines Norte, northern portion of Camarines Sur, northern and eastern portion of Catanduanes.

03:20While the Tropical Cyclone León is here, we are expecting Wingsignal No. 4.

03:28As for Wingsignal No. 5, there is still a possibility depending on the development of Tropical Cyclone León.

03:39Today, we are still expecting strong winds in Bataan, Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, in a large portion of Visayas and Dinagat Islands.

03:53Tomorrow, on Thursday, we are still expecting strong winds in Aurora, Batangas, Quezon, Mimaropa, and Digo Region.

04:06On Friday, in Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, and Aurora.

04:11As for heavy and strong rains, we are expecting intense to torrential rains in Batanes, Cagayan, and Pabuyan Islands.

04:28Heavy to intense rains in Ilocos Norte, Apayaw, Isabela, and Occidental Mindoro.

04:35Moderate to heavy rains in Ilocos Sur, Abra, Calinga, Benguet, La Union, Pangasinan, Calamean Islands, Occidental Mindoro, and Antique.

04:50Tomorrow, on Thursday, we are still expecting intense to torrential rains in Batanes.

04:59Heavy to intense rains in Pabuyan Islands.

05:03Moderate to heavy rains in mainland Cagayan, Occidental Mindoro, Ilocos Norte, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Batangas, and Calamean Islands.

05:17On Friday, November 1, we are expecting moderate to heavy rains in Batanes.

05:23To our countrymen in the mentioned places, we should continue to be careful and know the safe places.

05:32Because we are still expecting intense to torrential rains or landslides.

05:45We still have a gale warning today because of the typhoon.

05:49We are expecting high waves of up to 10 meters, especially in Northern Luzon.

05:59The places under the gale warning are Batanes, Cagayan, Pabuyan Islands, Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Aurora, Quezon, Polilo Islands, Camarines Norte, and Catanuanes.

06:16Therefore, our countrymen are not allowed to go there, especially those who use small sea vehicles.

06:27In our storm surge update, we are still expecting high waves in different places in Batanes and Cagayan.

06:38The high waves can reach up to 2 to 3 meters.
