00:04This is our weather update for Bagyong Helen and the Southwest Monsoon.
00:10At the moment, Luzon, Visayas are experiencing cloudy skies and rain.
00:17The weather is getting better in Mindanao at the moment.
00:24Because of the Southwest Monsoon, the whole country is affected.
00:30As you can see, the clouds are hitting the western section of Central Luzon and Southern Luzon.
00:40These two typhoons, first is Bagyong Helen.
00:46At the moment, it is still inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility,
00:50which is 940 kilometers east of Extreme Northern Luzon.
00:56As you can see, Bagyong Helen is far from the country, so it is not affecting our weather.
01:03Meanwhile, Bagyong Henir is continuously moving away from the country towards Indochina or Vietnam,
01:15which is 795 kilometers west of Sinai and Ilocos Sur.
01:22This is the track of Bagyong Helen.
01:28As you can see, the center of the storm is near the boundary of our Area of Responsibility.
01:35We expect that it will come out tonight in our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
01:43It is heading towards China.
01:48Meanwhile, we expect strong rains due to the Southwest Monsoon.
01:55We expect heavy to intense rains in Zambales and Bataan until tomorrow afternoon.
02:03Meanwhile, moderate to heavy rains in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Pampanga, Calabarzon, and Mimaropa.
02:12From tomorrow afternoon until Friday afternoon, we expect strong rains due to the Southwest Monsoon.
02:21We expect moderate to heavy rains in Occidental Mindoro, Zambales, Bataan, Pangasinan, and Benguet.
02:31Again, we continue to be alert due to landslides and floods due to heavy rains due to the Southwest Monsoon.
02:53We still expect strong winds due to the Southwest Monsoon.
03:02For now, we expect strong winds in Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, Carraga, and Davao Region.

03:31Tomorrow, we expect strong winds in Ilocos Region, Isabela, Aurora, Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Negros Islands Region, and Zamboanga Peninsula.
03:55Due to landslides, we issued a Gale Warning as of 5 o'clock in the afternoon.
04:03This is the color red, this is what we expect, high winds, up to 5 meters.
04:10These landslides are in Bataan, Zambales, Occidental Mindoro, and Palawan.
04:18If there is a Gale Warning, it is automatically prohibited to go to these areas due to high winds, especially those who use small sea vehicles.
