00:06Ophel became a typhoon just now at 2 o'clock in the early morning.
00:13Currently, Ophel is still in the East Philippine Sea,
00:18and it continues to move closer to the coast,
00:21and it may hit the Northern Region again.
00:26Currently, the distance of the center of the typhoon Ophel
00:33is 475 kilometers east-northeast of Birac, Catanuanes.
00:40It became a typhoon, so the strong wind
00:44close to its center is reaching 120 kilometers per hour,
00:50and the storm is at 150 kilometers per hour.
00:55The movement of the typhoon is very fast, at 25 kilometers per hour.
01:03When it comes to the track and intensity forecast of the typhoon,
01:09the movement is north-westward, and it may hit the Northern Luzon.

03:03Abra, Calinga, Mountain Province, and Ifugao.
03:08Moderate to heavy rains in Ilocos Sur, Benguet, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Aurora.
03:18As for Friday, November 15,
03:22we expect heavy to intense rains in Ilocos Norte, Apayao, Cagayan, and Batanes.
03:34Moderate to heavy rains in Ilocos Sur and Abra.
