00:19Last night, we were very honored to host the welcome reception in Manila Hotel
00:25with our officials led by the First Lady,
00:30the spokesperson of ICWPS,
00:35the Secretary of Budget Management, Secretary Amena Pangandaman,
00:40of course, the DFA was there with Secretary Enrique Manalo,
00:44and the lead agency, OPAPRU,
00:48this is the agency in charge of the peace process led by Secretary Carlito Galvez.
00:55So today is the second day, tomorrow is the last day,
00:58and this is a big thing for our country
01:01because this is the first ministerial-level conference on the Women, Peace, and Security agenda.
