00:00On October 28 to 30, the International Conference on Women, Peas, and Security, or ICWPS, will be held.

01:18The Philippine Commission on Women is a machinery
01:21that supports the rights of women,
01:24and gives them the opportunity to be empowered
01:27so that they can contribute to our development and nation-building.
