01:16system in Eurasia on the third day of the meeting with other RIC members.
01:21The Russian head of state highlighted that this system should be built on an inclusive
01:26and non-discriminatory basis.
01:29Putin argued that it is about ensuring security, common efforts, stability and setting out
01:34conditions for the breakthrough of all states and peoples in Eurasia.
01:38Later, Putin stressed that Russia, as other RIC members, is open to working in conjunction
01:46with the countries of the Global South and needs to be inclusive and sustainable development
01:52in order to build a better world.
02:00Russian President Vladimir Putin said RIC leaders agreed to continue discussions on
02:04the list of partner states and on the progress about a common payment system.
02:10The Russian President offered a detailed balance on the last three days of meetings in Kazan
02:14and said RIC members are open to those nations sharing their values.
02:19Putin also pointed out that this country uses its own financial systems, as did other
02:25RIC members, and called for deepening the working agenda.
02:37Different leaders have focused on different partnership objectives and partnership expansion
02:41criteria, mainly in three directions, politics and security, trade and investment, and trade
02:48and investment, and culture and the humanitarian field.
02:56Based on tradition, we held the event in the framework of the BRICS Plus format, which

04:20The Russian President explained that the escalation of the Ukrainian conflict grew after the financing
04:24of arms by the Western countries.
04:33As for the escalation of the Western countries, they started to actively arm the Kiev regime
04:38and the consequence was the direct participation of the military of the NATO countries in the conflict.
04:51Because we know what and how it is done with the launching of drones and unmanned vehicles

07:06Maduro won the elections and he formed his government and we wish success to his administration
07:11and to the Venezuelan people.
07:19I trust that Brazil and Venezuela clarify their relations in the framework of bilateral
07:23discussions.
07:30I believe that President Lula is a man of honor and that he will deal with this situation
07:34objectively as this situation demands.
07:42Venezuela released a statement thanking the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and its
07:46country for inviting the President Nicolás Maduro to the BRICS Plus Summit in Kazan.
07:51In the statement, the government declares that Venezuela has support of the countries
07:55participating in the summit to formalize its entry into the integration mechanism.
08:00But through an action that contradicts the nature of the BRICS, the Brazilian foreign
08:05ministry delegations, led by the ambassador Eduardo Paes Zavolla, decide to maintain the
