00:00Hi there, you're going to need your brollies at the ready today as a band of rain moves east,
00:04sunny spells following from the west and some of those showers locally heavy later.
00:10Looking at the general picture, so we have a number of fronts moving east today with pulses
00:15of energy moving up those fronts, disturbing to enhance the rain at times for some. So outbreaks
00:22of rain in the west are gradually moving east, becoming locally heavy and persistent for a time
00:27for some. Cloud breaking from the west with showers, some of those showers potentially
00:32with thunder, we do have a rain weather warning in force. So temperatures a little bit disappointing,
00:40feeling rather cool especially for areas stuck under that cloud, temperatures only into the high
00:45teens, maybe the low 20s, breezy into the southwest. So moving into this evening and
00:52overnight, so rain continuing to move east, clearer spells developing across the west.
00:58Some of those daytime showers gradually easing, those showers becoming confined to the east by
01:03dawn. Temperatures overnight, generally not falling too low, generally in the 12s and 13s
01:11mark, so staying warm under that cloud. So moving into Sunday, so any early rain will quickly clear
01:19the far east with variable amounts of cloud elsewhere, although a few sunny spells developing
01:24in a few places and a few showers developing across more central and eastern areas during the
01:29course of the late morning, early afternoon. Temperatures generally warmer than of Saturday,
01:36with temperatures reaching highs of 23 degrees in London, 20 to 21 across parts of Scotland.
01:44Looking at the outlook, so it's great news because it's becoming more settled into the early part of
01:49next week, although with a bit of a northerly feed it is going to be rather cloudy with
01:54temperatures a bit disappointing. Thanks for listening and stay up to date by checking our website.
