00:14to learn a very amazing workout which is called wall sit. So today we are going to start with
00:20wall sit. So our format will be the same. Athletic. Your feet, your hips, your shoulders.
00:27Now the idea is that you are sitting with your back on the wall.
00:44From the heel to the knee, from the knee to the hip. Perpendicular to the wall.
00:57We will start from 30 seconds. Hold for 30 seconds. Slowly moving around your strength and stamina,
