00:00I never in my life thought that Christian is going to use this save on me.
00:12I was like ready to, you know, yeah, embrace the moment and just move on.
00:16Yeah.
00:17Brought me to tears.
00:18Honestly, honestly, to be standing up there in the bottom with you, somebody I looked
00:22up to.
00:23Yeah.
00:24I try to keep it together.
00:25The fact that Christian has given me this boost of validation and admiration for my
00:28work to give me a second chance, gives me confidence.
00:32And I need that right now because I haven't felt that from the judges so far.
00:36Ooh, the black is hot.
00:40Christian sent us a text.
00:41What?
00:42Oh my goodness.
00:43What did he say?
00:44All right.
00:45He says, good morning designers, meet me at the green point here to find out about your
00:49next challenge.
00:50All right.
00:51Shabab, scoot.
00:52Shabab.
00:53What does that mean?
00:54Okay, let's shabab.
00:55Shabab.
00:56Shabab.
00:57Let's go.
00:58Let's go.
00:59Let's go.
01:00Let's go.
01:01Let's go.
01:02Let's go.
01:03Let's go.
01:04Let's go.
01:05Hi.
01:06Hi Christian.
01:07Hi.
01:08Isn't it gorgeous out?
01:09Yes.
01:10Yes.
01:11It's gorgeous.
01:12Your next challenge is one that all designers have to go through to make it to the finale.
01:19It's a Project Runway darling, the real client challenge.
01:24Yeah.
01:25I love a real client.
01:26I love a real client.
01:27You got it.
01:28Holy.
01:29That was the challenge I left from last season.
01:32Maybe it's because I didn't watch Real Housewives before.
01:35So for the bottom, this is definitely giving me like a grandma vibe.
01:38Anna, your look was not appropriate for a reunion show.
01:42You are out.
01:43But in the real life, there's no problem for me to make an outfit to make my clients happy.
01:50Are you ready to meet your clients?
01:51Yes.
01:52All right.
01:53Here they come.
01:54Oh my God, is that Diddy?
01:55Oh my God.
01:56All right.
01:57Anybody?
01:58Anybody?
01:59I wonder who.
02:00Yeah.
02:01The captains and crew of Below Deck.
02:02I really, really love Below Deck.
02:03All of them are like beautiful.
02:04Men included.
02:05This is amazing.
02:06What's that?
02:07You've never seen the show Below Deck?
02:08Yeah.
02:09Anna, you really got to get out more.
02:10We are talking about this show about a girl.
02:11A girl.
02:12A girl.
02:13A girl.
02:14A girl.
02:15A girl.
02:16A girl.
02:17A girl.
02:18A girl.
02:19A girl.
02:20A girl.
02:21A girl.
02:22A girl.
02:23A girl.
02:24A girl.
02:25It's about a group of people that hosts different parties on the very super mega yacht.
02:31And then they go out and they turn the whole town upside down.
02:35My kind of party.
02:36Designers, please meet the OG of Below Deck, the stud of the sea, Captain Lee.
02:43Hey.
02:44Captain Lee.
02:45Designers, so Captain Lee has brought something to my attention.
02:48Designers, as you can see, our formal uniforms need a serious update.
02:53I mean, it's boring AF.
02:56So take the 1800s style and bring it current.
03:00Yes.
03:01A little less Lee and a little more Z.
03:03I like it.
03:04Designers, you heard the captain.
03:07The formal uniforms need rescuing.
03:09They are all function, but no fashion.
03:12How sad.
03:13Your challenge, reinvent the formal white epaulette and black epaulette uniform for
03:18your Below Deck client.
03:22You have two basic colors to work with, black and white, but when it comes to trim, go crazy.
03:29And the epaulettes have to be there.
03:31Got you.
03:32You guys are going to be busier than the doorknob at a whorehouse on nickel night.
03:37Oh!
03:38Now I'm really excited.
03:39All right.
03:40Designers, do you guys want to see who you're working with?
03:41Yes.
03:42All right.
03:43Carousel, I'm going to start with you.
03:44You have the honor of working with Z.
03:45Oh, hi, Z.
03:46All right.
03:47Carousel, I'm going to start with you.
03:48You have the honor of working with Z.
03:49Oh, hi, Z.
03:50All right.
03:51Bishmeet.
03:52You get Aisha to work with.
03:53Yay!
03:54Hi!
03:55Next up, Rami.
03:56Courtney.
03:57Yay!
03:58Courtney.
03:59Nice to meet you.
04:00All right.
04:01Katoa.
04:02You got Daisy.
04:03Oh, hi.
04:04We made a connection.
04:05Rajay.
04:06Sandy.
04:07Yay!
04:08Brittany, you have Colin.
04:09Colin.
04:10Yay!
04:11Anna.
04:12You get Jason.
04:13Yay!
04:14And last but not least, that means Laurence.
04:15Sorry.
04:17And designers, guess what?
04:18This is a two-day challenge.
04:19Yay!
04:21All right, designers.
04:22So you have 40 minutes now to brainstorm with your clients
04:23and sketch in the workroom.
04:24I already got ideas.
04:25And remember, these are your clients.
04:26Work with them.
04:27Listen to them.
04:28But don't lose yourself.
04:29Gotcha.
04:30OK?
04:31That's the key.
04:32Yay!
04:33Good-bye.
04:34Never lose yourself.
04:35Never lose yourself.
04:36All right.
04:37All right.
04:38All right.
04:39All right.
04:40All right.
04:41All right.
04:42All right.
04:43All right.
04:44All right.
04:46Never in my life have I thought that I'd be meeting the crew of Below Deck,
04:49even though I've watched them on TV before,
04:51let alone be designing something for Kourtney.
04:53So I'm secretly kind of excited about this one.
04:56What do you – do you like skirts?
04:58Do you like – OK.
05:01We are over this way.
05:03Oh.
05:04This is awesome.
05:05You ready?
05:06I'm gonna take off my jacket.
05:07I'm excited.
05:08I killed the last challenge.
05:09Did you?
05:10I wanted to kill this one too.
05:11Tell me everything.
05:12Like, tell me everything about, like, what you do,
05:14your job description.
05:15Yeah.
05:16So this is to greet the guests.
05:17We do a lot of getting luggage on and off the boat for the guests.
05:19Mm-hmm.
05:20So it's an active –
05:21Yeah.
05:22It's quite physical.
05:23Professional, stylish, modern, and functional.
05:26Yeah.
05:27You know?
05:28So that's the idea.
05:29So Z, let's just paint the picture of the moment.
05:32We can do anything we want.
05:33I like passings.
05:34Yeah.
05:35A little bit flamboyant.
05:36Yeah.
05:37I love that.
05:38Like, hey, I'm here.
05:39Great.
05:40I'm thinking if we did a shawl collar.
05:41I love the whole military uniform look.
05:43Oh.
05:44I was an Air Force brat, so we traveled the world, lived in Germany, lived in the Philippines.
05:48My dad always went to these beautiful military balls in his dress uniform.
05:53Oh, yeah.
05:54This is going to be great.
05:55I'm liking that.
05:56You like that?
05:57I'm –
05:58Oh!
05:59So tell me what you're looking for.
06:00I'm the chief engineer on the boat.
06:02Oh, damn.
06:03So I'm in and out of the engine room.
06:04So black's good if I spill some, like, oil on myself.
06:06Versatility is really important as well.
06:08Versatility.
06:09Maybe a few pockets or something that we can keep whatever in.
06:11I know nothing about fashion.
06:13Okay.
06:14So whatever you think is going to look good, I'll wear it.
06:17If you trust me, I can – I'll take care of you.
06:18I 100% trust you.
06:19Okay.
06:20Yeah, yeah, yeah.
06:21Don't look at the sketch.
06:22Just visualize it in your mind, like, how freaking cool you're going to look.
06:24What's your rank?
06:25I'm a chief officer.
06:26Oh.
06:27Watch the sail.
06:28Make sure that it goes up into the pre-feeder.
06:30So it has to be very mobile.
06:31We're always leaning down, picking up stuff.
06:33So you've got to be able to move, work in and around water constantly.
06:36So if you get wet, it needs to be quick drying.
06:38So what do you guys carry around?
06:39Like, you have a radio?
06:40Just a radio.
06:41Just a radio.
06:42Yeah, that's what we carry around.
06:43And you clip it?
06:44Yeah, I just clip it onto the boat normally.
06:45For sure.
06:46And I just think – I don't know, man.
06:47I just think a jumpsuit would be cool.
06:48I like the sound of that.
06:49Yes.
06:56So what do you like and what are you looking for?
06:58So I'm the chief stew, so basically I'm in charge of the interior and, like, all guest relations.
07:02How is everything?
07:03So one thing that I would really like is somewhere where I can kind of hide a phone.
07:07Because now that I'm the chief stew, I'm always on the phone.
07:10I'm always on the phone messaging professionals.
07:12I want to look professional, but I also want something that will show off the female form.
07:16This is not looking like a good tip.
07:20You need something down there?
07:22So now you tell me kind of what you like.
07:24Something definitely kind of flattering.
07:26Like, I think a lot of uniforms for women are – they're not –
07:29They're boxy.
07:30Yeah.
07:31Yeah, I like the idea.
07:32You have a great figure, so just showing off your waist a little bit more and maybe accentuating it.
07:35I love color, so I'm not afraid of it at all.
07:37These colors, like, I love.
07:39That would be the yellow I would put.
07:40And make it pop.
07:41Yeah.
07:42That would be great on black.
07:43Yeah.
07:44So how's the walk?
07:45Am I going to have to give you modeling lessons?
07:47No, I need alcohol.
07:49I would like to know your daily activities.
07:52I'm pretty active as a captain, so I'm out and about with the crew a lot.
07:55Okay.
07:56Can we clean out this boat, please?
07:58You need loose, light material.
08:01Okay, loose.
08:02Do you have to have two pieces, or you can have, like, one piece, like –
08:06Yeah, we could have one piece.
08:08And I live in Bali now, so.
08:09I think Asian theme has to come out somewhere.
08:11Yes.
08:12It is coming.
08:13Yeah, let's do it.
08:14I like bling.
08:16I would change where you wear a belt.
08:18Because I like bling on the belt.
08:20Right off the bat, Captain Cindy is saying she wants to add bling.
08:27I don't see a captain of a ship covered in bling.
08:30So I was thinking maybe on one of the sleeves, we build this stripe going all the way up here,
08:35and then it gets smaller here, and then you get to the collar.
08:38And then recreate that.
08:39Like, that's how we bring in the bling.
08:41So you figured it out?
08:42You guys good?
08:43I think we're good.
08:44Yeah?
08:45Yeah.
08:46We got a little bit.
08:47He's going to go, Brian.
08:48You ain't going to tell me?
08:49No!
08:50I'm going to close my mouth just in case.
08:52I haven't won anything yet, so I really want this so bad to prove to myself I can win this grand prize.
08:58We're competing now, so I got to make sure.
09:00Oh, we're competing now?
09:01Okay.
09:02That's it.
09:03All right.
09:04Challenge accepted.
09:05Come on.
09:06Coming up.
09:07Is it smooth sailing?
09:08No.
09:09She's fallen off the starboard end.
09:11This is not Thunder from Down Under.
09:14It's just way too relaxed for me.
09:15I would have left it at that.
09:25Hi, guys.
09:26How were the consultations?
09:28Great.
09:29Good?
09:30Yeah.
09:31I don't remember.
09:32Functional.
09:33Functional.
09:34But fashionable.
09:35You guys have $400, 30 minutes to shop.
09:37All right.
09:38Let's go.
09:44I need this in, like, black.
09:46For Aisha, I am creating a white-collar zip-up shirt paired with a black skort.
09:52She told me that she's always sweating.
09:54She does not want to be hot above or below deck.
09:57I have this aha moment for me to use neoprene.
10:01All right.
10:02Something like this.
10:03Do you have something matched to this black?
10:05Captain Jason lives in Bali, Indonesia, so I'm going to make a kimono inside a jumpsuit.
10:12Having someone who encourages me to add my Asian background, I feel we're the perfect match.
10:1815 minutes, you guys.
10:19This is not a normal shopping trip.
10:24I think that's it.
10:25I think that's it.
10:26Leather?
10:27Is leather functional on the boat?
10:30He needs a jacket when he gets out and takes the clients out.
10:32But a leather jacket.
10:34Perforated.
10:36Okay.
10:38He wants black on black on black.
10:40Black on black?
10:41Yeah, he wants black on black.
10:42Black on black.
10:43But, like, what?
10:44Here's what I'm creating for Z.
10:45He needs to be able to move, but he really wants to make a statement.
10:49So it is a tracksuit meets tuxedo.
10:53It is a tracksuit-o.
10:55Tracksuit-o.
10:56I think it's going to be added to the dictionary.
10:59Attention all shoppers, that is time.
11:01Please be at the register right now, designers.
11:05Thank you, Moon!
11:06Bye!
11:07Thank you, Moon!
11:09I'm not getting paid enough.
11:11Oh, it's quiet.
11:14Oh, my God.
11:17I like sparkle stuff.
11:18Can I put sparkle on it?
11:20I'm good at what I do, and I've been working nonstop.
11:23Different clients.
11:24Streetwear.
11:25I am ready to wear in avant-garde.
11:27Some of the great things that happened over the year,
11:29I opened my very own atelier and showroom in Philadelphia.
11:33Come and visit.
11:34Make an appointment.
11:35Don't just show up.
11:36Are you going to do something to them?
11:37She won't be dazzled.
11:38What is special about dressing someone, to me,
11:40is being able to bring some confidence through clothes.
11:44Cindy, she wanted rhinestones everywhere.
11:47Not happening here.
11:48But there are other ways we can play around with the bling.
11:51I'm going to drop shit from that.
11:53A double-breasted suit with a double lapel at the waist,
11:57cigarette pants with some pockets,
11:59and I play around with the epaulette with fabric
12:02that is black and white to create some sort of patchwork.
12:07Rami?
12:08Mm-hmm?
12:09Can I see how far down your waistband is from your waist waist?
12:13I think I just want Colin to feel super confident.
12:16Engineers work below deck, quite literally,
12:18and then he's up at the top greeting guests,
12:20so it has to be something that's very versatile
12:23but could pass as formal as well.
12:25I want to do a classic black button-up shirt
12:28with utilitarian pockets and all my topstitching.
12:31Okay, thanks.
12:32Mm-hmm.
12:33How you doing, Laurence?
12:34I'm good.
12:35Yeah, I know, just playing around.
12:37My client, Gary, is the first officer on this deck,
12:41and he wanted something flexible, light, washable,
12:45like something that could dry quick,
12:47and we came up with a jumpsuit and a jacket.
12:50It's a hybrid, leather mixed with wool.
12:53I'm known for my leather jackets,
12:55and he's going to look cool.
12:57Still got a lot to do.
12:59I think Laurence's choice to do the bomber
13:02in the leather that she chose is a huge risk to take
13:05because she has to choose between how much fashion,
13:08how much uniform you're giving,
13:10and be able to defend that on the runway.
13:12What is this for?
13:14A jacket.
13:15Oh.
13:16Courtney is my client.
13:17Her position is deckhand, which is active,
13:20so it's important that she is comfortable,
13:22but at the same time that she's also fashionable
13:25because she, in a sense, is the hostess.
13:28I'm thinking for a start as a pleated mini dress
13:31with shorts built in and a windbreaker type of jacket
13:35for when it gets cold at night.
13:36Guys, more good news.
13:3915 minutes left.
13:40Whoa!
13:42Jesus.
13:49Everybody alive?
13:51Barely.
13:53By the end of work day,
13:55there's still a lot of work to be done.
13:57I accomplished the shorts and skirt part of the design.
14:00I still want to finish the top,
14:02and I still want to create a third piece.
14:05Let's go, let's go, babies!
14:07I'm ready.
14:08All right, let's do it.
14:09I feel extra pressure now that I've been saved,
14:11and it would suck to be on the bottom again.
14:42She's fallen off the starboard end.
14:45Hi, everybody.
14:46Hi, Kirsten!
14:47Is it smooth sailing in here?
14:49I don't know if it's smooth, but we're sailing.
14:51All right, I'm coming to see you guys.
14:52Okay.
14:53Don't come to me yet.
14:54Come to me last.
14:55Rami.
14:56Hi.
14:57You're here.
14:58I'm here thanks to you.
14:59I really appreciate what you did.
15:00I just want you to know.
15:01It was very heartwarming.
15:02Yeah.
15:03What a moment.
15:04It was heavy.
15:05It was very emotional.
15:06But also, look.
15:07Look how fabulous.
15:08See?
15:09It's what you needed.
15:10She greets the guests, usually.
15:11She also handles the ropes.
15:13She has to wear shorts under her skirt.
15:15And so the inspiration for this look
15:17was almost like a tennis look.
15:19It's a dress, but it's shorts in the back.
15:21Got it.
15:22I mean, the details are so amazing.
15:24Like this, the ventilation, all of the binding.
15:27The only thing I would think is that it
15:30could still be separates.
15:32A dress is a little restrictive.
15:35It is something that has to be functional
15:37and versatile as well for her.
15:38Yeah.
15:39I'm excited.
15:40Well, thanks.
15:41Good job.
15:43All right, Bishme.
15:44Hello.
15:45This is your client.
15:46Yeah, Aisha.
15:47She's always on her phone messaging people
15:49before they come in.
15:50So I thought it'd be smooth to add, like,
15:52an insert pocket for her so she can hide her phone.
15:54Yeah.
15:55And as far as the epaulets, I did, like,
15:57a little dedication to the stripes,
15:58using two going down and one going across.
16:00Ah.
16:01I mean, I love it as a fashion moment.
16:03But I think functionality-wise, it
16:05might be a little revealing.
16:06She said she liked it.
16:07That's how she get her tips.
16:08Y'all trying to stop her from making her money.
16:10Really?
16:11OK, great.
16:12If she's into it, go for it.
16:14Good plan.
16:15See you soon.
16:16See you soon.
16:17Goodbye.
16:18Bye.
16:19Bye, Prajay.
16:20So I have Captain Sandy.
16:21Oh, Captain Sandy.
16:22She literally wanted me to, like, bedazzle.
16:24She wanted something fun.
16:25Really?
16:26Oh, yes.
16:27What I wanted to do is to draw in the epaulet stripes down.
16:31It's a lot of look.
16:32You're taking a big risk here.
16:33I am.
16:34But it might pay off.
16:37Mm.
16:39Where should we go?
16:42Hi.
16:43Anna, you need to really explain this to me.
16:46Who do you have?
16:47Jason.
16:48So he's wearing a kimono jumpsuit
16:50while being a captain on a boat.
16:53Yes.
16:54Really?
16:55Yes.
16:56We are getting the inspiration from the Asian background,
16:59because he's living in Bali.
17:01Oh.
17:02So that's why.
17:03OK.
17:04It is not easy to get a chance to show your Asian background
17:07and Asian references.
17:09And I know I'm taking a huge risk.
17:11But I'm really excited for this direction.
17:14I'm nervous, because that's a big decision.
17:17Uh-huh.
17:18Very different than everyone else.
17:19Right.
17:20But it better be finished perfectly.
17:22OK.
17:23Good luck.
17:26All right, designers.
17:27Models will be here.
17:28Models?
17:29Your clients.
17:30Clients.
17:31Your clients will be here.
17:33Captain.
17:34Great.
17:35Oh, perfect.
17:36Good luck.
17:37OK.
17:39Bye.
17:40Bye.
17:41All right, you're the captain now.
17:42I am.
17:4328 minutes till clients come in.
17:44Over and out.
17:45Over.
17:46Tell Proje to mind his business.
17:47Over and out.
17:48You're going to beat a bitch's ass?
17:49Over.
17:50Tell Proje I got a can with his name on it,
17:52and I'm ready to open that shit up.
17:53Over and out.
17:54Over.
17:55Hi, everybody.
17:56Hey.
17:57Hi.
17:58Thanks for being here.
17:59Ready for your below deckers?
18:00Yeah.
18:01Yeah.
18:02Bring them in.
18:03Here they come.
18:04Anchors away.
18:05Ah!
18:06Wow.
18:07Good to see you.
18:08How are you?
18:09I love this.
18:10Yay!
18:11Do you want to go in the restroom?
18:12I'm not.
18:13I can just take a look at?
18:14Yeah.
18:15Yeah.
18:16Yeah.
18:17Yeah.
18:18Yeah.
18:19Yeah.
18:20Yeah.
18:21Yeah.
18:22Yeah.
18:23Yeah.
18:25I can just take a look at?
18:26Okay, yeah.
18:27Sure.
18:28I'm being professional.
18:29So yes, you can take it off here.
18:30How are you?
18:31Good.
18:32Cute.
18:33It's cute.
18:34Do you like the color choice?
18:35Yeah.
18:36I love it.
18:37Well, we got inspired by my nails.
18:38Your nails.
18:39Yeah.
18:40I love some color, so I'm very happy.
18:41Is that the short length?
18:42We're going to see in a sec.
18:43Uh-huh.
18:44It's kind of pretty short.
18:45It's kind of boring.
18:46Is that okay?
18:47Yeah.
18:48And it's hot in both.
18:49During his work, he's making a lot of money.
18:50He's making a lot of money.
18:51He's making a lot of money.
18:52He's making a lot of money.
18:53He's making a lot of money.
18:54He's making a lot of money.
18:55She's making a bed.
18:56She's moving quickly, so she needs something flexible.
18:57It's very cool.
18:58I love this.
18:59Oh, yeah.
19:00Yeah, right?
19:01Right?
19:02Yeah, I think so.
19:03That's totally your style.
19:04It is my style.
19:05You know me, eh?
19:06Yeah.
19:07I love Z's outfit.
19:08Isn't that cool?
19:09It's cozy.
19:10He looks like a gladiator from behind.
19:11When he wears that hat, it just reminds me of when he just did those strip teases on the
19:12boats for the guests.
19:13Yeah.
19:14It's very you.
19:15It's spicy, but good.
19:16The flavor.
19:17Hmm.
19:18Yeah, no joking.
19:20I don't know if you are.
19:21I don't know if I am.
19:22Ooh.
19:23I love a fitting.
19:24How are you feeling so far?
19:25Me?
19:26Good.
19:27Yeah?
19:28Yeah, I'm feeling confident.
19:29That's cool.
19:30The jacket looks amazing.
19:31Amazing.
19:32That's so good.
19:33You would wear that?
19:34I would wear that.
19:35For our line of work, it's perfect.
19:36Laurence is going to make it for me.
19:37Listening to the clients, you're kind of trying to give everything you can to make the experience
19:38more enjoyable.
19:39Yeah.
19:40And that's kind of exactly what Laurence has done to me.
19:41All of the above.
19:42All of the above.
19:43Right.
19:44Can you hear that?
19:45Yeah.
19:46It's super rad.
19:47It's awesome.
19:48This side is driving me crazy because it's not done.
19:49Uh-oh.
19:50This is it.
19:51It fits weird.
19:52What does?
19:53The neck.
19:54The neck with the collar?
19:55I never make menswear in my everyday life.
19:56During my season, I had a male model in a tuxedo challenge.
19:57I blew it.
19:58You are out.
19:59But Christian was there to save me.
20:00You're going to have to endure this a little bit longer.
20:01Now, the serial save is gone.
20:02It's gone.
20:03It's gone.
20:04It's gone.
20:05It's gone.
20:06It's gone.
20:07It's gone.
20:08It's gone.
20:09It's gone.
20:10It's gone.
20:11It's gone.
20:12It's gone.
20:13It's gone.
20:14It's gone.
20:15It's gone.
20:16It's gone.
20:17But right now, the serial save is gone.
20:19No saving grace, no immunity.
20:20You're going to open the collar like this?
20:22I might need a collar.
20:23It needs something.
20:25I'm terrified.
20:34You're going to open the collar like this?
20:35I might need a collar.
20:36It needs something.
20:37It's too casual.
20:38I'll just re-cut the collar to be a standard collar.
20:43OK.
20:44You're going to get there.
20:45Yeah.
20:46This will be more closed here.
20:49How does the fabric feel, though?
20:51Yeah, good.
20:52Oh my gosh.
20:54I really, really like this.
20:56This is so flattering.
20:57Oh.
20:59Oh, you don't mind all that leg out?
21:01No, I want it.
21:02I'm kind of intent.
21:04Maybe there's one other unexpected thing.
21:07Like extra something?
21:08Yeah.
21:09Yeah, I'll wear this too.
21:10Which one would you prefer?
21:11Me too, but these are pretty cool.
21:12I kind of like those.
21:13I think that this length here for the shorts is good.
21:17It's still long enough.
21:18Yeah, I like that.
21:19And the pockets are actual pockets.
21:20Yeah.
21:21Oh, look at you, Z.
21:23That fabric is rich.
21:25I like it.
21:26Is this a shirt or a jacket?
21:28This is a jacket.
21:28There's a shirt that goes under it.
21:30Practical.
21:31It's practical.
21:32Freaking easy to take off.
21:33Freaking easy.
21:34You love this collar?
21:35I love it.
21:36You love it.
21:36Like once I do this and put the shirt on,
21:39it's just very juvenile.
21:40Yeah.
21:41Pressing is key.
21:42Yeah.
21:43Oh, snap.
21:44Oh, these are hard to walk in.
21:47Yeah, I need this to blend more.
21:48Really?
21:49I like it.
21:49I don't like this.
21:50I like it.
21:50Once I'm done, you'll be like, OK, I see what you're saying.
21:52No, I think it looks cool.
21:53I think it's really, really cool.
21:54Sometimes I do come out and serve a plate of food or something.
21:57You never help me.
21:59I'm always up there.
22:00Like you always leave me hanging.
22:01Yeah, exactly.
22:03Anna's from China.
22:04I live in the Philippines and in Asia.
22:06So I thought something a little bit Asian.
22:08I totally love that.
22:09Outside the box.
22:10Outside the box.
22:11And I want a big dragon on the back as well.
22:15I can't wait.
22:15It's finished.
22:17I'll just be here all night.
22:18Don't worry about me.
22:19We'll get to fit perfect.
22:20You're ticking all the boxes.
22:22I'm trying.
22:23Time essentially is my challenge.
22:25Because menswear is not my forte.
22:27Yeah, it's going to be a last minute scramble.
22:29It always is.
22:30All right, designers.
22:31That's time.
22:33Say goodbye to your clients.
22:34I hear that they want you guys to have a drink with them later.
22:38Yeah.
22:38Really?
22:39So that's going to be fun.
22:40But don't get wild.
22:41No.
22:42No.
22:43Nina does not like someone hungover.
22:45She doesn't.
22:47We're going to be extra cool after this, you know?
22:49I'm going to see you tonight, sitting at the bar.
22:55Good luck.
22:56I'll see you guys tomorrow.
22:57Thank you, Christian.
22:58You have a lot to do.
22:59Bye.
23:00Oh, hell.
23:06I really thought this was going to be stressful.
23:08People are going to be crying, like the wheelhouse wives.
23:12Is that what happened on the real housewives?
23:13Oh, honey.
23:14Really?
23:15They was crying all over these hallways.
23:17Remember I said, like, how I had, like, new boobies
23:19and a new butt, and I wanted to accentuate those parts?
23:22Oh, God.
23:22What's wrong, girl?
23:23She doesn't like anything.
23:24You made the girl cry twice?
23:27Housewife making people cry.
23:29Why?
23:29Because they didn't like their shit.
23:3230 minutes.
23:38Wait, you making something else?
23:39Yeah, I'm making a jacket.
23:40All right.
23:42I am now creating a jacket so that there
23:45is one more element where I can apply the effolettes to.
23:49Not a show off.
23:50It's my shirt.
23:50Too plain.
23:52My model for my clients is under-promised but over-delivered.
23:56All right.
23:57You better put an anchor on the back.
23:58I'm crying.
24:00Five minutes left.
24:01Five, five, five.
24:12Hey, y'all.
24:14It's time.
24:16Let's get some drinks.
24:17Let's get that old out of here.
24:19Freeze come out at night.
24:22All the night.
24:23I'm sorry.
24:24All the night.
24:25All the night.
24:28Hi.
24:29Hi.
24:32I made a jacket to go with the look.
24:35Here's to rocking the boat tomorrow.
24:39Our hands on deck.
24:40Below the deck.
24:43That was my first tequila in a year.
24:46Yeah.
24:47Get out, Rami.
24:48Get out, Rami.
24:49Get out.
24:50Look at Rami.
24:51What's your name?
24:52Anna.
24:53Anna.
24:54Gary.
24:55Nice.
24:56How's the day been?
24:57Bad day.
24:58Bad day.
24:59Bad day.
25:00Oh my god.
25:01I can imagine.
25:02Oh, joining tequila shuttle, sir?
25:03Yeah.
25:04OK.
25:05This competition is very stressful.
25:06I'm not going into a bar to do my homework.
25:07I'm going to a bar for shots.
25:09Can we get two more, please?
25:10Let's do a runway.
25:11Open it.
25:12You ready?
25:13Yes.
25:14Yes.
25:15Woo!
25:16Let's do another shot.
25:17More shots for you?
25:18One more.
25:19Damn.
25:20How many have you had?
25:21Two.
25:22I'm worried about you tomorrow.
25:23I'm OK.
25:24LaRocque was a model.
25:25So have Sam LaRocque.
25:26So have Sam LaRocque.
25:27That's my girl.
25:28That's my girl.
25:29That's my girl.
25:30That's my girl.
25:31That's my girl.
25:32That's my girl.
25:33That's my girl.
25:34That's my girl.
25:35That's my girl.
25:36That's my girl.
25:37That's my girl.
25:38When does the drag show start?
25:39Just kidding.
25:40Oh my god, I had a four tequila.
25:41She got to work tomorrow.
25:42OK.
25:43If I drink, I'm just have fun.
25:44Right?
25:45No one's looking.
25:46No one's looking.
25:47OK.
25:48You're a superstar.
25:50You're welcome.
25:51Yeah.
25:52I'm my own superstar.
25:53Oh yeah.
25:54Yeah.
25:55Not flirting.
25:56I don't need to flirt.
25:57You're not cute.
25:58You're not that.
25:59I got a divorce for two days.
26:00I want to party with you more.
26:01OK.
26:02Shall we?
26:03Yeah.
26:04We have to.
26:05We have to.
26:06OK.
26:07Yeah.
26:08We have to.
26:09Go get Anna.
26:10Not me.
26:11I already told y'all.
26:12I don't babysit anymore.
26:13Good job.
26:14OK.
26:15I'll do it.
26:16See you tomorrow.
26:17Have a good night.
26:18See ya.
26:19See ya.
26:20Bye.
26:21Jesus.
26:22Oh my god.
26:23That was so fun.
26:24Coming up.
26:25So basically.
26:26So basically.
26:27Top to bottom, it didn't work.
26:28I wouldn't know if he's part of the crew or he's just a guest.
26:29Oh my god.
26:30Oh my god.
26:31Oh my god.
26:32Oh my god.
26:33Oh my god.
26:34Oh my god.
26:35Oh my god.
26:36The runway day.
26:42What a night.
26:47Four shots, no headache!
26:52Yes.
26:53I make that.
26:54Oh my god.
26:55I'm so glad I woke up sober.
26:58What happened last night?
26:59She left you on the couch.
27:00Nothing.
27:01Nothing.
27:02Tequila nights can be like that.
27:03Blame it on the tequila.
27:04Yeah.
27:05That's not my fault.
27:06No crash on Gary, no drama, no.
27:09I love my husband till death.
27:11Let's shine them hoes.
27:13Okay.
27:19Yes, okay, yay.
27:20Two hours before runway,
27:21we are literally rushing and getting stuff done.
27:24But I do think I am taking a huge risk with this look
27:28because the print may not translate so well.
27:30That's kind of why I'm freaking out.
27:33Hi, designers.
27:34Hi.
27:35Good morning.
27:37Everyone ready to set sail?
27:40Yes.
27:40All right, who wants their client?
27:42Me.
27:42All right, here they come.
27:46Hi, y'all.
27:47Good morning.
27:48Hi, you look fantastic.
27:49Hi.
27:50Good to see you again.
27:51You too.
27:52How's it going?
28:01What I feel like was going on
28:02is Anna just having her fun.
28:05That's Anna's business.
28:07How's the timeframe going?
28:09How's the timeframe?
28:10It's going to go very quick.
28:11So I'm going to keep working.
28:13Cool, cool.
28:16Isn't it cool?
28:17Are you wearing heels, Daze?
28:18Yeah.
28:19Nice.
28:20I do kind of-
28:21You're not on my fucking boat, you're wearing heels?
28:22Sorry.
28:23I've worn heels on your fucking boat a million times.
28:33Let's pack it.
28:34See, you're looking good.
28:36Look, I actually really like it.
28:39This look from Carousel is definitely not giving uniform.
28:42Carousel is always over the top.
28:47I'm surprised there's no ostrich feathers onto this look.
28:49You're ready to go.
28:50So is this the jacket that you're making?
28:52Yeah, I just want to see what it look like.
28:54I have to put a collar on.
28:57Designers, when you're ready,
28:58take your models to the makeup studio
28:59and the Tressemme hair salon.
29:02I just want a clean pony ending right here.
29:05I want it to be wavy, because she's on a-
29:07You want to be straight.
29:08Exactly.
29:09You want it to be like a wet look?
29:11Smooth and together, not necessarily a wet look.
29:13Okay, nice.
29:15Really nice day makeup, maybe a little shimmer.
29:18Do we have like a classic red?
29:20Nice matte pop.
29:23It looks great, I love it.
29:25Thank you very much.
29:25Perfect, thank you.
29:26Hey, designers.
29:28Hey, designers.
29:30Y'all got 30 minutes.
29:36There's never enough time, is there?
29:37No.
29:38There's never enough time?
29:39Never.
29:40You doing okay?
29:41Not really.
29:42No?
29:42No.
29:43You're going to make it.
29:44I think so.
29:45You're going to be fine.
29:46So snaps are kind of like one of my signature hardwares,
29:48but getting these snaps on is so complicated.
29:51I can sew one for you.
29:52So this okay?
29:53Just put it right here.
29:54Yeah, that's fine.
29:55Thanks, brother.
29:56Dishme is like literally taking time out of his work time.
29:59Honestly, I have no words.
30:00Dishme, you're such a good little brother.
30:02That's very sweet of you.
30:04Seven minutes and no one's getting dressed.
30:07We are.
30:08Just finishing up.
30:09Be careful.
30:11Okay, let's go, Jason.
30:14You look awesome.
30:17That's dope.
30:18Yeah.
30:19Roger, hurry up.
30:21Right at it.
30:22This jacket is epic, actually.
30:23I think it fits better with this shirt.
30:25Yeah, I think so.
30:26I'm really excited about this one.
30:28I think this is going to be a really good redemption moment.
30:30Also, I'm excited.
30:31So let's see what the judges say.
30:34One minute left.
30:35Almost runway time.
30:36So what about that hat?
30:37Do you see Wanda hat?
30:39The captain hat?
30:39Yeah.
30:40Seconds away.
30:44That's time.
30:45Let's go to last look.
30:49I see a lot of threads.
30:50Walk all the way down to the end of the runway,
30:52take them off and then walk back.
30:53I'm not worried about you at all.
30:55You look great.
30:56He looks so handsome.
30:58I can definitely see this captain in Bali.
31:01I feel bad, you guys.
31:02I under so much pressure.
31:03So much pressure.
31:04So much pressure.
31:06All right, designers, that's time.
31:08It's going to be a gorgeous show.
31:10Anchors away.
31:19See this back?
31:20Hi.
31:21Oh my God.
31:23Oh my God, welcome back.
31:25Hi.
31:26Don't leave us again.
31:27I missed you so much.
31:29And I was on the phone with all of them,
31:30like what happened?
31:32And Rami.
31:33Yay.
31:34Woo.
31:37I'm so glad you are here.
31:41All right, you guys.
31:42I am so excited to introduce you
31:45to tonight's guest judges.
31:47A below deck legend,
31:49known for her ferocious wit
31:51and five-star style.
31:53Stop.
31:54Former chief stew,
31:55the Kate Chastain.
31:59Kate Chastain is so amazing.
32:02And she knows what she's talking about.
32:03I'm hoping that she really looks at the looks
32:05and thinks about the fashion
32:06from a realistic standpoint.
32:07And that will definitely play in my favor.
32:11I'm so excited to see what you guys have created.
32:13Cause I know these yacht uniforms
32:15have needed a little more fashion for a long time.
32:17Also joining us is the winner
32:20of last season's client challenge.
32:22Yes.
32:23Every day.
32:24She knows her way around a yacht, y'all.
32:26Sonia, we got the yacht.
32:27We got the yacht.
32:28We got the yacht.
32:29Countess Luann.
32:31Yes.
32:34For me, it was so much fun
32:35strutting down the runway
32:37in Chantel's creations.
32:38Beautiful.
32:40And it's great to be off the runway
32:41and in this chair right now.
32:43Yes.
32:44All right, boo.
32:44Luann's in the house.
32:46She usually does not hold her tongue,
32:47but then she also does know good style.
32:50So hopefully this countess sees a queen on this stage.
32:53We've got yachties.
32:55We've got uniforms.
32:56We've got Nina Garcia back.
32:58It is a full house.
33:00Let's start the show.
33:01Yes.
33:09All aboard.
33:10Big daddy bitch, boo.
33:16Yeah, bitch, you better go.
33:18Get up, girl.
33:19Aisha looks like she's having a great time
33:21and she is rocking it.
33:24The jacket looks amazing on her.
33:26The top is fitting nicely.
33:29Oh, wow.
33:30I love it with the anchor on the back.
33:31That was cute.
33:32Go ahead, girl.
33:36I made sure I checked off the checklist
33:38of all the things that Aisha asked for
33:40while including my own original aesthetic.
33:43She looks great.
33:44Impressive start.
33:50Yeah.
33:53Bad boys are in the club.
33:54Gary just took me on a trip, man.
33:56I'm just having fun.
33:57As a uniform, it's functional.
33:58You know, a whole bunch of pockets.
34:00Fabric is breathable.
34:01Short sleeve.
34:02On the belt, a little situation
34:04where he could put his walkie-talkie.
34:06So my client is good.
34:07Give him a little shoulder, Gary.
34:13That hair flip was everything.
34:15I would never put anything out
34:16that is not a good representation of myself.
34:19This is pretty good.
34:20It is, I'm impressed.
34:29Yes, Aisha.
34:31There she is.
34:35Looks great on the runway.
34:36She's showing all the right elements of the look.
34:38It still looks like Kato.
34:40It's still giving elements
34:41and small details on both pieces.
34:45Yes, queen.
34:46I definitely feel like the construction of my work
34:49stands alone on this runway.
34:52I think I really gave what it was supposed to give.
34:55And now it's just up to the judges to see what they think.
34:58Fashionable.
34:58And function.
34:59Yeah, fashion and function, yeah.
35:08Z looks like something out of the best
35:11James Bond thriller movie.
35:12It breathes well because it's full of energy.
35:15It breathes well because it's all natural fibers.
35:17He has the shades.
35:18He has the utility belt.
35:20The pants fit him perfectly.
35:23You can tell Z is confident.
35:25Hey!
35:27Oh, I got the nail.
35:31And super excited.
35:33And just honestly ready to see what the judges have to say.
35:36Warm dress uniform.
35:46You better get this.
35:47Oh, got it!
35:49She looks flawless.
35:50She looks clean.
35:52She looks chic, stylish, and she looks professional.
35:55And I'm just living for it.
35:59Yo, that's right.
36:03I think that this look represents who I am
36:06in the context of working with clients.
36:10I think that it represents my aesthetic
36:13and it's all about fit.
36:14It's professional, but it's sexy.
36:16Right, right.
36:24The relief I feel is insane.
36:27Yes, Colin, work it!
36:30It looks so good.
36:32I should have had a lot more faith in myself
36:33in the beginning.
36:36Colin loves it, and that's what matters.
36:38It's a client challenge.
36:39And you do see my DNA in the look,
36:41and that's all there is.
36:42I can stand behind this design, 100%.
36:49It looks so good.
36:52It's a good outfit for working on the engine.
36:54I thought so, too.
37:05This look is definitely fashionable and also functional.
37:08And Jason's really selling the outfit.
37:10And I'm happy that Jason feels great.
37:14I don't know the judges' decision,
37:16but I like it.
37:18It's different.
37:25Excuse me, Captain.
37:26I think that was to you, maybe.
37:28Sure.
37:31It is very exciting to bring some Asian influence
37:34into the show on the runway.
37:41Yay, Captain!
37:44Sandy looks amazing,
37:45and she's actually having fun on the runway.
37:48Her look's very clean, very Sandy, very Captain-like.
37:51My client is happy.
37:52This is a client challenge, so I've accomplished that goal.
37:56There are a few things that I could have done differently
37:58or made better, but I'm happy with it.
38:05Overall, I do feel like I did enough to stay,
38:07but I'm not satisfied.
38:09I do feel like I did enough to stay, but who knows?
38:15Yes!
38:18It's so interesting when we have these sort of, like,
38:21equalizing challenges to see your talents come through.
38:25I can't wait to find out who made who.
38:27Y'all look great.
38:29All right, designers, one of you will be the winner,
38:33and one of you will be out.
38:40All right, designers, we've scored your designs.
38:43One of you will be the winner,
38:45and one of you will be out.
38:48But what your client has to say
38:50is also very important to us.
38:54So we'd like to speak to all of you.
38:57Don't we all wish we were on a yacht right now?
39:01All right, Rami?
39:02Yes?
39:03Let's get Kourtney out here.
39:04Didn't think I'd get to say that again.
39:06And what about you?
39:07Good to see you again.
39:10Hi!
39:11Pleasure to meet you.
39:12Nice to meet you.
39:12All right, so tell us your job,
39:14what your daily function is.
39:16Okay, so I recently swapped to be a deckhand.
39:19It's still gonna be quite functional
39:20because I'm, like, helping get luggage onto the yacht.
39:23It's quite physical sometimes, but still look formal.
39:26Kourtney, I think you'll agree.
39:27I could definitely see this going straight on deck
39:30and being very functional and very,
39:32I don't know, I don't know how to put this in words,
39:34but I think it's gonna be fun.
39:35It's gonna be straight on deck
39:36and being very functional and very fashionable.
39:38It really does look like a uniform, but elevated.
39:42I mean, I would see Kourtney and go,
39:44oh my God, we've arrived to the yacht.
39:47It just looks so crisp and so elegant and professional.
39:53Rami, I think that you did a great job.
39:55I thought that it was very functional.
39:57I could see from the runway
39:58that it was something that was breathable.
40:01I thought the skort was a very smart idea.
40:04The tailoring is impeccable.
40:06But my question to you, Kourtney, is,
40:09can you still put this through the twerk test?
40:12Oh, of course.
40:13Wow.
40:16Nina.
40:16Let's see that.
40:17There you go.
40:19Oh my God, you're amazing.
40:21Okay.
40:22So now it passes the twerk test.
40:23Yeah, that's right.
40:24So I was happy.
40:25Rami, thank you so much.
40:27Kourtney, you can leave the runway.
40:28Thank you, it was so nice to meet you.
40:29Next time you come out of your trailer,
40:30I'm gonna ask you, does it pass the twerk test?
40:33And I'm gonna make you do that.
40:34I don't twerk.
40:34Really?
40:36Okay, should we get the next look out?
40:40Hi again.
40:43I see you two color coordinated.
40:44Daisy, tell us what you do on the vessel,
40:47what your day-to-day is.
40:49I am Chief Stew, and I delegate jobs to everyone.
40:53Do you mind, Daisy, to just remove the jacket
40:56so we can see the underwears?
40:59So do you feel like Kato delivered on what you asked?
41:03Yeah, personally, I love it.
41:04I love the color.
41:05I think that's, yeah, what we bonded over.
41:07This was actually in my top two.
41:09I really, really love it.
41:10I love it by itself.
41:11It gives me Bond girl vibes.
41:13And I really like the pop of neon.
41:14It makes it cheerful and modern.
41:16The neon was great because I felt like
41:18with the crew, with everybody wearing black,
41:19you don't know who's who.
41:20So for me, being able to say, okay,
41:22well, this color represents these people
41:24and this color represents that person.
41:26And also, you know, safety at sea.
41:27If you go overboard, they'll find you.
41:29It's true.
41:30Listen, I loved the jacket.
41:32I really thought it was great.
41:33I don't know that the romper is that functional.
41:36And I think the epaulets are such stars on the jacket
41:39that like, it just feels like
41:40they're sort of taped on the body.
41:42There's something about the vest being sleeveless
41:44and kind of looking formal that I really liked.
41:48There's something very hostess-like
41:51with this vest that feels upscale.
41:54Thank you, Kato.
41:56Anna, let's bring out Captain Jason.
42:00Hello, everybody.
42:02Hello.
42:04Okay, Captain Jason, what do you need in your clothing
42:07to make your job easier?
42:08I need comfort.
42:09I need to be relaxed.
42:10I need to be cool.
42:11I live in Philippines for the last six or seven years.
42:14So I think that aspect came in very quickly
42:17during our conversations.
42:19So Anna, tell us about your design.
42:21As Jason just said,
42:23we are taking the Asian influences into the design.
42:26So we're taking the kimono inspiration
42:28and making something very unique, but also comfortable.
42:31That's how I came up with the idea for the jumpsuit.
42:33I think that you definitely created a uniform
42:36that would be very cool and comfortable.
42:38While it's functional in that regard,
42:39the way the radio, when it's clipped on,
42:41kind of sags down, that's a bummer.
42:44For me, it was fit and proportion
42:46that were like the big issue here.
42:49He has very broad shoulders
42:51and the epaulets are quite small and oddly placed.
42:53And I did feel like I wanted more authority
42:57on the runway from the captain.
43:00It didn't necessarily land for me
43:02as a believable captain uniform.
43:05I think it felt too casual, ultimately.
43:08What do you normally wear?
43:10Former will do a collar and tie.
43:11This is a big jump from the collar and the ties.
43:14Yeah, that's what we're trying to do.
43:15This is silk.
43:16It's a silk and a silk cotton.
43:19I just feel like silk and sweat is not comfortable.
43:22I have a problem with the neckline
43:25and I think the sleeves are too droopy.
43:27It's just way too relaxed for me
43:29to find any authority here.
43:31All right, thank you so much.
43:32Thanks, guys.
43:35All right, Bishme, you're up.
43:36Here comes Ayesha.
43:37Come on, baby, come on, baby.
43:43Ayesha, nice to meet you.
43:45Nice to meet you, hello.
43:46So tell us what you do.
43:48I'm mainly in charge of guest service.
43:50So I'm running around, pulling for meals, making cocktails.
43:53What did you want in your look?
43:54So I really wanted something
43:57that looked a little bit sexy, but still professional.
44:00And I really wanted it to breathe.
44:02Do you think you delivered?
44:03Definitely, I want it.
44:05And the whole look is neoprene, right?
44:06Yes.
44:07So tell us about the choice in that.
44:09For me, I love to be able to hide the seams
44:11and the neoprene with an invisible zipper.
44:14The back, I did a vent as well,
44:15so I should be able to breathe.
44:17Neoprene, how fantastic.
44:19It's windy, you get wet, that's perfect.
44:23Thank you, Nina.
44:24If I'm getting on a yacht one day,
44:27and a neoprene at this age, with this stomach,
44:30that's my new swimsuit.
44:32I'm putting that on, I'm putting the anchor on,
44:34I've got my floaties, I'm jumping in the pool.
44:36I love the anchor part.
44:39The anchor is just like everything.
44:40Oh, thank you.
44:41Did you freehand sketch that?
44:43I drew the anchor out on white, neoprene it,
44:45and I cut it out myself.
44:46This is definitely one of my favorites.
44:48Proportions of the epaulette shoulders,
44:50they're just a little extra big,
44:51and just a little extra slit in the skirt.
44:54You just gave it that extra fashion
44:56that I was really dying to see.
44:57So dope.
45:00All right, thank you, Vishni.
45:02Aisha, pleasure to have you here.
45:03You're amazing, thank you, thank you.
45:05Rajay, we'd love to talk to you next.
45:06Let's get Captain Sandy out here.
45:10Hey.
45:11How are you?
45:11Good.
45:13Captain Sandy, pleasure to meet your acquaintance.
45:16What do you need from your look,
45:18and what did you ask for?
45:19I wanted flexibility, comfortability,
45:22and changed my entire look,
45:24but I wanted you to do you.
45:27In this experience, he's the captain.
45:29Rajay, I appreciate how you pushed the design.
45:32You gave us some personality, some flair.
45:36That being said, you know, I have to be honest here.
45:39It did feel a little costumey,
45:42and the pattern just felt more you, Rajay,
45:45and not necessarily for this challenge.
45:48The print makes it very distracting.
45:54For me, almost top to bottom, it didn't work.
46:05For me, almost top to bottom, it didn't work.
46:07I thought the hat and the shoes,
46:08it just was, it was a costume.
46:12I know you're fun,
46:13but I don't know if I like the pattern stuff.
46:16I feel like it's too much with the stripe,
46:18but that's just me.
46:19The first thing she asked was bling,
46:20so I was just like, okay, if you ask me for bling,
46:21then we can get a little Rajay into this mix.
46:24You took the shape of the bar jacket,
46:27which is such a feminine shape.
46:29I love that.
46:31The sleeve is really beautiful,
46:32that you cuffed, and the epaulettes.
46:35I would have left it at that.
46:37Thank you so much, Rajay.
46:39All right, Laurence, let's get Gary out here.
46:43Hello.
46:44How are you?
46:45Hey.
46:46Okay, Gary, so tell us the day-to-day of your job,
46:48and what you need out of your look.
46:50I work a lot with my hands.
46:51I work a lot with the guests on the boats,
46:52so what I was looking for in my look
46:54is something that's easy to move around in,
46:56something that's lightweight,
46:58something that's airy,
46:59and something that's comfortable,
47:00and I'm very happy with it, especially the jacket.
47:02I think the leather jacket on a boat,
47:05to me, is confusing, but it's really well-made.
47:07That wasn't really meant for the boat,
47:08it was more like when they, you know,
47:10go out and they leave to take their clients out.
47:12Party time, got it.
47:13Can we see it with the jacket off?
47:14I know that you did a great reveal.
47:18Gary, if it doesn't work out for you on the vessel,
47:20you got a hair commercial coming your way.
47:22Thank you, thanks for noticing.
47:24What is the bathroom situation like?
47:26It's easy to take the romper on and off?
47:29I mean, so basically...
47:31Ah!
47:33This is not Thunder from Down Under.
47:37There's nothing wrong with the construction of it,
47:39but I just would have loved to see you push yourself
47:40a little bit more from a design perspective.
47:43I do agree.
47:44I just wish you would have added maybe a few more stripes.
47:48That's all you needed.
47:50I know, I just didn't.
47:53This had no special details.
47:56It's a uniform.
47:58I think if you're to go forward, please do not be safe.
48:01Okay.
48:02You can leave the runway.
48:04Yeah.
48:05Okay, Karrison, here comes Z.
48:08Sorry.
48:10Tell us about your job and what you need from your look.
48:13So I'm a deckhand on board.
48:15Something that we'll wear when we're greeting our guests
48:17and then basically get into a daytime uniform
48:20and then in the evenings, we'll get back into this.
48:22For Mediterranean party season, this would be amazing.
48:27I thought there was too much going on here
48:30with the double-breasted detail
48:32and the gold zipper and the chunky lapel.
48:35If I were to come in,
48:36I wouldn't know if he's part of the crew
48:39or he's just a guest.
48:40I don't think the epaulettes give it away.
48:42I honestly have to agree.
48:44It's very beautiful.
48:45It just felt like for the wrong occasion.
48:48When I'm looking at the practicality of the challenge,
48:50it's very impractical.
48:52Coming from a military family
48:53and seeing what a dress uniform is from a regular uniform,
48:56it's two totally different things.
48:58This was for a special event dress uniform.
49:01Not to wear on the deck.
49:03Okay.
49:04Thank you, Karrison.
49:06Okay, Brittany, you're up next.
49:08Let's get Colin out here.
49:10You're up next.
49:11Yeah.
49:14Okay, so tell us, like,
49:15what's the day-to-day function of your job?
49:17So I'm the chief engineer on the boat.
49:18I'm in and out of the engine room all the time,
49:20but I also help out on deck.
49:22And the idea of this was to have it formal enough
49:24to be able to be outside,
49:25but also practical enough to work in the engine rooms.
49:28For an engineering-appropriate uniform,
49:31this one would look very presentable in front of the guests,
49:34even during more formal dinner service.
49:37We understand immediately what his job is, right?
49:40It just looks cool.
49:41Yeah.
49:42What's the most challenging thing for you, Brittany?
49:45The thing about, like, a black set
49:47is it has to have, like, the top stitching
49:49and the hardware to, like,
49:50bring it into a fashion-forward place.
49:52I love that you were able to create something
49:53that was really fashionable,
49:55but really, like, nailed the challenge at the same time.
49:59All right, Brittany, thank you so much.
50:00Colin, pleasure to meet you.
50:00You can leave the runway.
50:01Yay!
50:02Oh, thank you.
50:04Thanks, guys.
50:06Thank you, designers.
50:07We have a lot to unpack here,
50:08and we will talk to you soon.
50:13Oh, hey!
50:14Oh, hey!
50:15Oh, hey!
50:16Hey!
50:17You look so good!
50:17And what we gave him was a region,
50:19practicality for the region.
50:21I think we did well.
50:22All right, this was not an easy task.
50:25I think there were really three designers
50:26that stood above the rest.
50:27It was Rami, Brittany, and Bishme.
50:30And now the fight begins.
50:33Who wants to start?
50:34Bishme almost did the impossible.
50:36Like, we want to wear that outfit on the street.
50:38I want to go back in a yachting and wear it.
50:39I just feel like that look was so crisp.
50:42You know, she looks so professional.
50:43I loved the nod to nautical
50:45with the graphic lines on the skirt.
50:47The cut was so sexy.
50:48It looked elevated.
50:50It felt luxe.
50:51It was classic, yet fashion-forward.
50:54Right.
50:55He used the most interesting fabrication
50:58of anybody on the runway tonight.
51:00But can we talk about Rami,
51:01who was voted off last week,
51:04got the Seriano save,
51:05and is on the top this week?
51:07His client, Kourtney, seemed really happy with her look.
51:11This uniform could go on a yacht right now
51:13and work and work well.
51:14And you could tell.
51:15She, like, loved what she was wearing,
51:16and she would do a good job in that outfit.
51:19Rami's look was day to evening,
51:21casual to formal,
51:23and I love that skirt.
51:24I mean, we have to talk about Brittany.
51:26I mean, I loved the top stitching and the hardware,
51:29and I love how she is really finding this groove
51:31to where she can succeed
51:33in so many different hard challenges
51:35and still come through as herself.
51:37Brittany's contrast top stitch
51:39is what really made it feel designer to me,
51:41not just a coverall.
51:43She probably had the most challenging task
51:47because he has to be in something hot and heavy
51:51that really cannot be multifunction.
51:53I think she really solved the problem.
51:57I totally agree with you.
51:58Brittany designed a really functional,
52:00fashion-forward, jumpsuit-inspired look.
52:04Like, it was a look.
52:06All right, let's talk about Karasun for a second.
52:08For me, Karasun's look did not meet the challenge
52:11whatsoever.
52:11Full fashion, no function.
52:13Forget that Karasun's look was over-designed.
52:17It did not fit properly.
52:19Everything was tight.
52:20The shoulder wasn't where it was supposed to be.
52:22The pants were busting out.
52:24I mean, it was a mess.
52:26I was also confused because every week,
52:28she reminds us that she's a costume designer
52:30and she loves dressing for a character.
52:31Tonight, you have a real-life character.
52:33And this just felt so ill-fitting for his role.
52:36But I think another designer that we need to talk about
52:39is Anna.
52:40We have to.
52:41And her design.
52:42I think that the look did a disservice to Captain Jason,
52:45who seemed to really love the look.
52:47Yes, he really loved it.
52:48He said she gave him exactly what he was looking for.
52:51But the uniform didn't fit his function.
52:53Or his body.
52:54It just was a little flimsy and loosey-goosey.
52:58And he looked a little too comfortable.
53:00I certainly am not sure that I want the captain,
53:02no matter where I am, to be chest out in a jumpsuit,
53:04being like, what's up, y'all?
53:06Come on board.
53:08The captain is the highest-ranking uniform.
53:12In a minute, you've got to know that's that person's title.
53:15This was very ambiguous.
53:18Talk about another confusing look.
53:19Paraget and poor Captain Sandy.
53:21He did way too much.
53:22First of all, the shoes.
53:24The hat.
53:25The peplum.
53:26And the fabric.
53:28There was just so much going on.
53:29And it was just all wrong.
53:31I mean, I was drunk on a boat.
53:32I think the biggest problem with Paraget's look
53:34was adding that print.
53:36Yes.
53:37I think that was the first and biggest mistake.
53:40I love that Captain Sandy said to Paraget,
53:42I want you to be the captain of the ship.
53:44But he sunk her ship.
53:46Yeah.
53:46Captain Sandy is cooler than this.
53:48OK, so we know what we're doing.
53:49We know who the winner is.
53:50We know who's going home.
53:52Are we all in agreement?
53:53Yes.
53:54Yes.
53:54All right.
53:55Let's get him back out here.
54:04Hey, designers.
54:05I just want to say we know how difficult this challenge was.
54:09We just want to say you did a great job.
54:11And most importantly, you made your clients happy.
54:14So well done.
54:17Brittany, Rami, and Bishme.
54:21You had our three favorite looks of the night.
54:25Back in the winner's circle, Rami.
54:27Finally.
54:28Welcome.
54:29Welcome back.
54:30The winning uniform was forward-thinking,
54:33and it fully delivered on function
54:36while giving us high fashion.
54:38The winner is Bishme.
54:44Yeah!
54:45Woo!
54:45Bishme!
54:47Yes, Bishme!
54:52It's their first win, Bishme.
54:57Bishme, your uniform was stylish, high fashion,
54:59and I really need you to come out
55:01with a line of neoprene trench coats,
55:03because I want one so bad.
55:04I got you.
55:05I got you.
55:06Brittany and Rami, you're in.
55:08Congratulations.
55:09Your clients looked fabulous.
55:13Laurence and Kato, you are also in.
55:18All five of you can leave the runway.
55:21Love you, guys.
55:22Love you, too.
55:24After being the bridesmaid, I'm finally a bride.
55:27They let your boy win this one, and I felt
55:29like it was truly deserving.
55:31Bishme, congrats.
55:32Yeah, baby!
55:33Rock, rock, rock.
55:33Rock, rock, rock.
55:35The judges got it right.
55:36They are paying attention to me, and that's all that matters.
55:40That's the remix.
55:40That's what you deserve.
55:42Thanks, y'all.
55:42Woo!
55:46Carousel?
55:47Yes.
55:48Roger and Anna, unfortunately, you had our least favorite
55:53looks, and one of you will be out.
55:56Anna, the uniform was too casual for a captain.
55:59It lacked authority, and your fabric choice
56:02did not make sense.
56:05Carousel, we felt your look was over-designed and ill-fitting.
56:11Roger, the print you chose was distracting.
56:14The look felt more like a costume than a uniform.
56:18All of you have come this far.
56:21It just gets harder and harder.
56:25Anna, I'm sorry you are out.
56:34Roger and Carousel, that means you are in.
56:37You can leave the runway.
56:42You know we love you, and you're so talented.
56:44I just want to say, new mom to new mom,
56:46thank you for everything you sacrificed
56:48to be here this season.
56:50And I can't wait to see all the amazing work
56:53that you put into the world.
56:54I'm taking fashion as my lifetime career.
56:57I'm going to do this until I die.
56:59Yes.
57:01Thank you, Anna.
57:02Thank you, Anna.
57:04I am a little bit surprised, because I definitely
57:07believe that I am a very unique designer.
57:10Oh, my.
57:10Oh.
57:11Oh.
57:12And I think I have more things to show.
57:15It's been an amazing pleasure working with you.
57:20You guys are so talented.
57:22So show your uniqueness, and you're going to win,
57:25and shine on them hoes.
