00:00Hey you guys I'm Stacey and this is Gorgeously Aging Advanced. So today I
00:08want to share with you guys some of my tried and true methods for tightening
00:13the skin. So for those of you that are brand new a special welcome and those
00:17who have been with me for a while sending you all virtual hugs I
00:20appreciate each and every one of you. So you guys I've tried a bunch of different
00:24things for skin tightening and if you're new I'm 50 years old I've had people
00:28comment that I'm too young to talk about skin tightening but I assure you I have
00:31some aging going on in my face I'm not 30 years old anymore so I want to share
00:37what works what I found works pretty quickly and what maybe takes some more
00:43time and consistency what's most cost effective for skin tightening and what I
00:48think is kind of a waste of money. So I will do a lot of chatting at the end of
00:55the video but I'm gonna get right into the crux of this just get into the meat
00:59of these devices and what I have to share with you and then I will do some
01:04hellos and we'll do some Q&A and chatting toward the end. So one of the
01:09questions I've gotten from a subscriber recently is how you can tighten some
01:13mental loose skin after doing fat dissolving but I think that tightening
01:18skin, loose skin, crepey skin is an issue regardless if you've done fat
01:23dissolving or not we get to a certain point in our aging process where the
01:27skin does start to sag and get loose and crepey so I think you know we all hit
01:32that point at some we all have that concern at some point or another it
01:37could be weight loss even if you're younger and you're not really
01:39experiencing facial aging per se but you've had a bunch of weight loss and
01:43some loose skin as a result those are concerns you know for a lot of different
01:47reasons so I want to share with you guys a brand new device that I got for
01:53radiofrequency those of you who have been with me for a while know that for a
01:56long time I've been using the Even Skin Lumo and this is a handheld device it
02:00has a nice weight to it it's multifunctional in that it has
02:04radiofrequency microcurrent red LED and a few other modalities that I
02:10don't use as often photon and one other thing but I tend to use the radio
02:15frequency for skin tightening the red LED light in the microcurrent on this
02:20device however I had been curious for a really long time about the Emily device
02:27and it's this and it's said to be more of a clinical strength radiofrequency
02:34device now this is a pretty bulky robust device and the heads the head of this
02:40device is pretty substantial it's heavy it unscrews this is the body piece of
02:46it I'm gonna do a full review on gorgeously aging tomorrow and demo for
02:49this but this is a no joke device and this piece of it is super heavy it has a
02:54smaller one for face and this is meant for body but I actually like the body
02:59piece for my jawline so I've been testing this device for about a week it
03:04was not given to me for free this was actually on my Christmas wish list and
03:08my father-in-law bought it for me so I've been using this with the body
03:13device through my jawline and submental area this is an area where I'm trying to
03:18ward off the jowling and just you know we lose that definition in our jawline
03:23as we age so I've been testing this Emily device and a couple things I'll
03:29say about it disadvantages that it stays plugged into the wall and it is corded
03:34however this does have more energy to it so you definitely feel the radio
03:39frequency more with an at-home device like this one I tend to like to hold it
03:45for a few seconds and then move to a new spot and then you feel the radio
03:49frequency of the heat not everybody feels the heat with the same intensity
03:53some people say well I don't feel the heat very much when you put the
03:57conductivity gel the direction say to keep it moving however when you have
04:01radio frequency in often in office oftentimes it's just set against the
04:06skin and in areas and then moved I like to do it that way the second way I just
04:12described I feel like I get better results with that however radio
04:16frequency does get pretty hot it can depending on your sensitivity so always
04:21follow directions I tend to experiment do things a little off-label the radio
04:26frequency that I have had in office I've had two treatments of an in mode I think
04:32it's evoker evolve and that was just set underneath my chin and the device never
04:37moved so it got quite hot and it was like strapped under my chin and it
04:41stayed there so just because other influencers are saying that always has
04:47to be moving doesn't mean that it always has to be moving that's definitely what
04:52the instructions say and I encourage you to follow instructions however having
04:56experimented with some in-office treatments I know that some powerful
05:00radio frequency does just get set in one place and doesn't have to be moving all
05:05the time so I'm really optimistic optimistic about this Emily device I've
05:11used it before five times now and again tomorrow if you're available in the
05:15morning I'll be on gorgeously aging doing a full demo on this device I think
05:22this is gonna be my preferred device I mean I'm really feeling like this
05:26actually has more energy behind it with the radio frequency so I like that the
05:30disadvantage is that it's not cordless so I do like my even skin lumo for just
05:36it's in my bedtime side table so if I'm laying in bed sometimes I'll just pull
05:39it out of the drawer and use it and I've used my even skin lumo both with and
05:45without a connectivity gel in the radio frequency mode it does work better with
05:50the connectivity gel but if you don't have it and you just use it without it
05:55seems to be effective that way as well so and you can always make a
06:00conductivity gel I'll do a full video on that and if I remember I'll try to put
06:05like a homemade recipe but if you have just aloe vera gel you could use aloe
06:10vera gel as a just a quick conductivity gel if you run out this is something I
06:15always keep a big bottle of aloe vera gel and that will work in a pinch they
06:21somebody asked about the price the Emily I have all this list in the description
06:25box below you guys for a quick reference to look at reviews the Emily is about
06:29365 that's the big more kind of professional version but the truth is
06:35the handheld devices at least that much as well sometimes this is on sale so you
06:42can check for more specifics on pricing but these two are pretty similar price
06:46points I do find some of the cheaper radio frequencies that I've played with
06:52in the past don't always work as well and I'm not I don't subscribe to that
06:58you have to pay more to get more but be wary of something that's too cheap or be
07:04wary of some of the things like you find an Aliexpress or things like that some
07:09of these devices are really quite flimsy and just don't give the power to
07:13really do much for skin tightening okay so I want to say a few quick good
07:19mornings before I move on I see Lisa Marie's here and Lisa Day is here good
07:23morning ladies Tess is here hello and Susan hi Susan um K is here good morning
07:30K studio artists I shouldn't remember your first name please remind me and
07:34beauty junkie Lisa is here good morning everybody thank you so much for joining
07:39me Irene just popped in hi Irene I use radio frequency every day I mean
07:45obviously there's some days on the weekends if we have ski races that I'm
07:48really busy I don't but I really try to use it every day when you first start
07:53out you may want to do every other day or every third day just see how your
07:56skin tolerates it and then move up from there so I would say radio frequency for
08:02a non-invasive skin tightening is probably the most the biggest bang for
08:07your buck it's easy it's not evasive you can pretty much do it anywhere an
08:14at-home device like this it's cordless you can take and travel with you this is
08:19gonna be my preferred device the Emily that's a little bit harder to travel
08:23with but I just leave it on my bathroom counter and unplug it in between uses
08:29but I've really been enjoying that one and I love that it has really robust the
08:34heads on it are the these attachments are really heavy and it's got a smaller
08:40one like you could use around the crow's feet and the lip line I tend to use the
08:44body one for the jaw area and then I want to try to use it I'm starting to
08:49get a little creepiness under my arms and tops of knees so I'm going to try
08:54it on there and see if it improves that skin at all something that I've been
08:59using you guys for years now at least a couple of years is boost LED a red LED
09:05mask so I've talked about this a lot the disadvantage of a boost LED is that you
09:11really have to be very consistent I throw this on first thing in the morning
09:14for about 10 minutes while I'm still in bed I mean I may like throw it on while
09:19I'm watching TV or something but red LED is proven to work with wrinkles and skin
09:24tightening and collagen building it's an anti-aging LED light and but the
09:30thing is that it takes consistency you won't see results like radiofrequency
09:33you'll see results relatively quickly but with the red LED you do have to do
09:38it I think I started really seeing some results from the red LED after a couple
09:42of months but it does require you to be really consistent all right so for a
09:48little bit more invasive type of skin tightening if you choose to do
09:54microneedling now it doesn't have to be deep but I do like a good deep
09:57microneedling but the dr. pen m8 is a wonderful tool it does have a charging
10:03cord it stays charged for a good long while and then you buy the cartridge
10:07heads and you can do some microneedling infusing the skin with some really good
10:11skin loving ingredients the benefit of microneedling is those micro injuries
10:17will stimulate collagen production and that has a firming effect on the skin so
10:21doing that on the face under the chin neck chest anywhere you need to infuse
10:26the skin with some really good ingredients but also get that collagen
10:30synthesis is a good option for microneedling but again like the red LED
10:35microneedling if you do it monthly or some people even do it every couple of
10:39weeks you'll see results over time with the way your skin feels as far as the
10:44firmness and tightness and I think like that will pay off in dividends if you're
10:49committed to the monthly microneedling okay I don't take a breath you guys I'm
10:54getting all this information out really really quickly and I will tell you guys
10:59are you so proud of me for actually putting on makeup today I feel so bad
11:02that every time you see me it's like you know no effort has been made I always
11:06have a bare face because I'm doing a treatment my hair up in a bun so I'm
11:10like I'm actually gonna make an effort to put on a little bit of makeup and
11:14look nice today so that is all for you guys and so last but not least I wanted
11:20to point out the power of PDO threads these are from Ace Cosm and these are
11:27mono threads mono threads are probably the easiest thread to use and for skin
11:32tightening I think they're ideal because they're easy to place they don't they're
11:36not a volume thread but they do build nice collagen you can do them just in a
11:42straight formation the areas where you want to induce collagen or you can do
11:46like a crosshatch pattern I have more videos on threads and you can find
11:51information at gorgeouslyaging.com as well but threads over time definitely
11:58create some support and firmness to the skin and I think between radiofrequency
12:03and threads which don't always pair well together let me talk just a minute
12:08about that but these are two really great options for skin tightening now I
12:13do both but when I do threads I place the threads and I avoid radiofrequency
12:19for a little while maybe a couple of weeks and then I go at add it with a
12:23really low setting because you don't want to dissolve prematurely dissolve
12:27the threads with the radiofrequency in most cases at home devices aren't quite
12:32powerful enough to really degrade the thread so substantially that it negates
12:37the benefit of the collagen synthesis but it's always good to be mindful that
12:43they will break down more quickly with radiofrequency but threads are great
12:48I'll continue using threads I do threads pretty regularly but I will caution
12:53people I see a lot of influencers doing threads a bit too frequently one of the
13:00dangers of that and safety is always a big thing for me is that if you're
13:04placing threads too frequently you risk creating scar tissue and then the scar
13:09tissue will make it difficult to put threads in in the future and in some
13:12cases for people who are prone to keloid scarring that can be a concern as well
13:17so I always err on the side of giving giving treatments a lot more time to
13:23heal and certainly I'm not going to come on and show you guys tons of threads I
13:28love threads but I do like to give them time to settle in do their job and not
13:33do them too frequently alright so I got all that out and now we can kind of do
13:39some Q&A and say hellos and if you guys have used any of these devices let me
13:45know what your thoughts are on them and if you have any new devices that you've
13:50been trying and liking please share with the group if you watch this later after
13:54the live you can always comment in the comment section I always love hearing
13:58from you guys hearing what you're using and loving it's through sharing that we
14:01all learn and grow in our skincare journey and our aging journey cases I
14:08have a Time Master Pro and don't use it it was very expensive not sure if it's
14:12RF though I think it may be some kind of ultrasound machine you know I'm not
14:16really super familiar with Time Master Pro but I think it's one of those
14:19devices if I'm not mistaken that gained a lot of traction on Instagram and
14:24that's one of the reasons I'm really kind of happy with this Emily devices
14:29because it's not one that was like sent to me you know of course that's what a
14:33lot of companies do is they send influencers devices and then they get a
14:37kickback for it so it's easy for devices even if they don't work the best to gain
14:41a lot of traction in social media when they're sent out to influencers for free
14:46I'm just being honest you guys I probably shouldn't say all this and the
14:49other content creators are gonna hate me for it but the Emily was on my Christmas
14:54list and I had just had my eye on it thinking you know could this possibly be
14:59close to a clinical grade device and my my initial testing is that it has a lot
15:05of promise and I really like it let me see here good morning Beth thanks you
15:11for thank you for joining us this morning case as you look lovely but
15:15always look fresh and glowy with and with and without makeup thank you so
15:18much you're so sweet you guys I just love that I've got I got a community
15:23that accepts me when I just first roll out of bed so you guys are my people and
15:28I will accept you no matter how you present yourself to me although I don't
15:32get to see you except for your your screen names but I just know that I
15:35accept you as you are which brings me to a comment that somebody made a while
15:40back but I actually screenshot it and saved it because I wanted to address it
15:43at some point and I think it's worthy of making a full video on about you know my
15:50whole concept with gorgeously aging was aging aging gorgeously holistically like
15:54not just the beauty of aging physically but aging beautifully beautifully from
15:59the inside out overcoming some things that are holding us back from living our
16:02fullest happiest life being good people on the inside having good relationships
16:08finding joy just being our best selves and bringing that to the forefront with
16:13our skincare and and meeting those aging concerns on our face and body but
16:19somebody had mentioned that you know it being you know just about vanity and
16:24that beauty is more than that and I couldn't agree more that beauty is so
16:27much more than that you know I always tell my daughters no amount of physical
16:31beauty can mask an ugly heart so it takes so much more than just the outer
16:35beauty to be a beautiful person but you know it's kind of one of those things I
16:39find interesting because nobody criticizes somebody that goes to the gym
16:43every day I mean nobody says you're just vain for going to the gym they say well
16:46good for you you're healthy you're taking care of yourself and I think that
16:50applies to skincare and anti-aging and whatever the case may be if it's
16:55something that we do that improves our feeling of self and improves the way we
17:01move through the world and it's about self-care and self-love it's all a good
17:05thing so you know that's a debatable topic but I just thought I would throw
17:09that out there because I don't see caring for yourself caring for your skin
17:13wearing makeup to doing some anti-aging treatments I don't see that as vanity I
17:18see it as self-care and self-love um let's see here hi NeNe I do liquid
17:24PCL 23% 23% rejuvener rejuvener I always want to say that wrong one month next
17:32month threads micro needling every month do face neck and chest that sounds like
17:37a really good treatment schedule NeNe that's really nice I like that you're
17:42getting the PCL in there that's awesome and of course threads and micro
17:45needling it sounds like a really good routine Tracy is here do you think
17:50screw PDO threads placed in front of the ear jaw would help tighten pull up the
17:55jowl area it can yeah I think over time I do threads through my jaw area hoping
18:02to build collagen and pull this back I tend to do more mono threads I've done
18:07of course the n-series which are cog threads but screw threads would be good
18:12too you're creating volume and that volume helps replace volume loss and you
18:17know the thing with threads and radiofrequency and any of these
18:20modalities is that they won't replace a surgical facelift and that's one of the
18:25big things is that you have to remind yourself that you know it will only do
18:30so much and I think one of the disappointing things for people is
18:34having unrealistic expectations I've been in that boat before where you know
18:38you kind of expect something a specific something I'll give you a really good
18:42example the first time I had cheek filler was in a med spa most everything
18:47that I've done I first had done professionally and then of course I've
18:51taken continued education to to better understand the safety aspects of a lot
18:57of this but I had cheek filler done in a med spa but I also wanted to replace
19:02some or try to even out some lip asymmetry and at the time you know it
19:08was like a thousand dollars for a syringe and so I didn't I really couldn't
19:12afford more than one and I didn't really realize how much it really took to make
19:16a different a noticeable difference and it takes a fair bit of cheek filler to
19:20make a noticeable difference so I was like can I get actually get results with
19:24this and she said yes and so of course I had just a tiniest bit in each cheek and
19:30a little bit in my lips and when I left I had some swelling and I thought well
19:34maybe this is maybe I can see a difference once the swelling went down I
19:37couldn't see anything it just wasn't enough filler to address like the
19:41lateral cheek volume loss really I would have needed to accomplish what I was
19:46looking for now that I've learned I would have probably needed a full
19:50syringe for each cheek and maybe a half for the lips but one syringe for for
19:58everything I was trying to accomplish just wasn't enough and I probably got
20:02off topic with what my point even was you guys but you know this is where you
20:08know now that I've studied more and learned more on my own journey that I've
20:12realized you know some of the mistakes that was the expectation mistake was
20:17going in with expectation that this thousand dollars was gonna make a really
20:21big difference and I was gonna achieve my objective and it really didn't at all
20:26it was kind of a thousand dollars down the drain so that's one that was kind of
20:32a hard way to learn that expectation piece of it was a thousand dollars it
20:37was a thousand dollar learning lesson I really couldn't see any difference at
20:42all to be honest with you so that was really disappointing but let me get back
20:48to comments here you guys you know I get rambling Tracy's here okay Tracy I
20:52answered your question I think Irene is here I have the RF device with
20:57cavitation are you familiar with that it didn't come with instructions and I
21:03don't know how often to safely use it I always say when you're not sure do it
21:08every third day and then increase frequency as you tolerate it in most
21:13cases radio frequency especially on a lower setting now this Emily device I
21:17used on the first setting and it was substantially hotter more energy than my
21:24other handheld devices so I probably won't graduate up to the higher settings
21:29for a while so you know I always say ease into it if you can't find the
21:35instructions for your device better to err on using it less and then work your
21:38way up to using it more often Jillian's here hi Jillian I haven't seen you in a
21:44while so good to see you too and Susan I got an allergic reaction from miracle
21:50L came out in big red blotches all over my body it lasted three days well I
21:56still get the benefits from it from the PCL even though my body doesn't agree
22:01with it that's really hard to say it may just be that miracle L because I have
22:05heard other reports of people having some sensitivity to miracle L you know
22:10another option would be gory which is a more purified version of PCL but always
22:16do a patch test of course none of this is medical advice or instruction you're
22:20always in the best hands of the trained medical professional but I feel really
22:24passionately about safety and so anytime you're introducing something new to your
22:28skin a little patch test is important that way you can kind of see ahead of
22:33time whether or not you might react but I have heard some reports from other
22:37people that miracle L has been a little irritating I have not had that problem
22:42myself but I do think you still would get the benefits you know and once the
22:47allergic reaction reaction has passed the product is still there so it should
22:51still be doing what it was intended to do and then other other people often
22:56will treat themselves that they tend to be a little sensitive with an
22:59antihistamine prior to treatment I tend to just err on the side of doing a patch
23:04test to know for sure I don't like to gamble with any type of allergic
23:07reaction myself April is here I run Pat hi Pat I'm so glad you made it to April
23:15thank you for doing these wonderful lives you're so welcome I enjoy it you
23:18guys I always look forward to chatting with you guys
23:21meanie you're asking Tracy a question okay you guys so I don't want to keep
23:29this live too long I want to be able to answer your questions at the end I think
23:33that's going to be the format for my lives going forward is I'm going to get
23:36right to the information for those who just like to hear that piece of it and
23:41then we'll do the chatting toward the end in Q&A I want to remind you guys if
23:45you want to see full DIY videos those are you know I'm not as comfortable
23:50posting them on YouTube anymore I'm being very careful with the terms of
23:54service working closely with my attorney about the specifics of the YouTube terms
23:59and service and I'm tiptoeing because you know they're quite vague and so I
24:03want to make sure that I'm in full compliance at all times so if you want
24:07to see full DIY videos and get some more information that maybe I can't share
24:10here in the description box below is my email sign up when I have a new full
24:15DIY video that goes out to my email list so if you'd like to see that content a
24:20little bit more than what I can share here please do that it's absolutely free
24:25and you just get it to your inbox we also have patreon which is a private
24:31group it is $10 a month subscription and in that group we have a chat community
24:37and it's always active with people who are in their own DIY journey
24:42troubleshooting and having conversations about certain things they've done
24:46mistakes they've made it's really just a great resource if you are doing
24:51skincare treatments and really want some feedback from other people you can share
24:55pictures and of your progress or not whatever you're comfortable with but
24:59it's a very loving accepting group and I'm so proud of that community it's
25:03really great and then we're building a new forum at GorgeouslyAging.com and
25:08that forum also will be a paid subscription with a lot of education but
25:12there's so much information at GorgeouslyAging.com videos resources
25:16blog posts to help you on your aging journey and stuff beyond just the
25:21physical beauty so that community is growing and really proud of the things
25:27that we're doing in terms of women supporting women which has always been
25:31so important to me so I hope you guys will join me in those places as well if
25:37that's something that interests you but I'll always be here at Gorgeously Aging
25:41and Gorgeously Aging Advanced on YouTube definitely check to see if you're
25:44subscribed and if not I would love to have you join the community don't forget
25:49to ring the bell so that you get notified when I upload good morning
25:54Monica glad you made it what do you think is the best treatment for vertical
25:59lip lines I think radiofrequency would be really great for the vertical lip
26:03lines I've done some horizontal threads through my upper lip that'll build
26:08collagen there and you guys don't forget above all else sun protection is going
26:14to be your first line of defense against wrinkles and crepey skin so if you are
26:18not protecting your skin from the Sun hats sunscreen reapplying the sunscreen
26:23you know I went through a period in my young life where I felt like you needed
26:27to be a little tan to look good I've definitely completely gotten away from
26:31that I protect my skin constantly every single day year-round carry sunscreens
26:37in my car and my purse and hats in my car in case I forget one I know that
26:43sounds a little bit psycho but protecting your skin from the Sun is
26:46probably your first line of defense against wrinkles but I would say threads
26:50are a great resource microneedling all the things I mentioned here are going to
26:54help those vertical lip lines as well radiofrequency will tighten things up a
26:59little bit of Botox tiny bit on the upper lip is an option definitely see
27:03your provider but yeah and then you know you guys good a good face peel every
27:10once in a while too is nice I don't see peels as the be-all end-all but in
27:16conjunction with other good skincare and devices I think they really help to
27:21turn over the skin I'm doing that BN peel right now and so far I really love
27:25it because it's no downtime and I just don't have time for that right now but I
27:30do see that my skin is just more luminous and you know it less dry and
27:35less flaky so I'm gonna do a series of five of those BN peels and I'll let you
27:40know what I think and then of course once or twice a year else I'll do it you
27:44know a full TCA peel where I get the really good snake skin peeling but for
27:50now this BN peel is working perfectly for me it's buffered with the squalene
27:54oil so you get a nice exfoliation nice glow to the skin without having 10 to 14
28:00days of downtime like you do with a traditional TCA peel Pat says I had a
28:06reaction to Miracle-L I took antihistamine and iced it it was better
28:11the next day oh that's good to hear Pat Katie what's the name of the peel it's
28:17BN yep B-I-E-N-P-E-E-L BN peel and I have two videos those videos are actually
28:24over on Gorgeously Aging right now you're watching on Gorgeously Aging
28:27Advanced so you know I post stuff on both of those channels so you can see
28:32the full application of the BN peel and then the update on that and I'll be
28:37doing another application my second treatment on Monday so you can join me
28:41over on Gorgeously Aging for that second treatment of the BN peel but it's
28:45fantastic in that it's not as painful you don't have downtime you don't get
28:51the big snake skin like heavy-duty peeling but you get a more subtle
28:55gradual peeling of that outer layer of skin and so you can kind of go on with
29:00your normal daily life without having to kind of hide away like you do when you
29:04do a straight TCA hi Mallory hi Katie Katie I just answered your question okay
29:11and with BN peel do you have to stop other products like retinoids or vitamin
29:17C no I didn't stop not a single thing it didn't say that in the directions and
29:22because it was buffered and because my skin's acclimated to active ingredients
29:26I did not discontinue anything now use your best judgment if you're super
29:30sensitive or you're relatively new to vitamin C or retinoids maybe want to
29:36consider discontinuing for a few days but I didn't change anything about my
29:40skincare routine except for a lot of hydration I used a ton of squalene oil
29:45on my face after the BN peel and that really helped and every time I massaged
29:50the squalene oil into my skin I would feel some peeling of skin where that
29:55stuff was coming off so really other than the addition of more oil and I
30:00didn't wear makeup for like the day after in fact I didn't for a couple days
30:05after because I don't wear makeup every day but yeah so that you could
30:10definitely feel that dead skin sloughing off every time you added oil or washed
30:14your face so so I knew it was working it just wasn't as aggressive or drastic as
30:19a full straight TCA um you guys thank you so much for sharing a part of your
30:25day with me I really appreciate each and every one of you guys I was going to
30:29tell you because I love to share these little tidbits one of the things that
30:33makes me happy is cooking I've always loved to cook so cooking for my family
30:38or even just experimenting with cooking is kind of a happy place for me so today
30:42I made I found a waffle recipe and I put that in shorts and YouTube shorts on
30:48gorgeously aging and if you ever are looking for a nice Belgian waffle recipe
30:53that's relatively easy I just got not long ago actually for Christmas from my
30:58husband a Cuisinart double Belgian waffle maker because I used to have a
31:02single one and every time we do it I'd have to make one at a time for my family
31:07and this one has you can do two thick Belgian waffles and so I found this
31:11recipe and it is so good I made Belgian waffles this morning and I was like this
31:16is how I like to start the day like doing something that makes me happy
31:19turn on some music cook for my family and although that's not everybody's cup
31:24of tea I guess the crux of my short this morning is do what makes you happy like
31:29what a great way to start the day like whether if you love to read you know
31:32read a little bit or if you like to take walks or whatever it is that you'd love
31:36to do so or who knows what you know a million things but I'm like why do I not
31:43why do I not start my day in a way that lifts my spirits right so I shared that
31:49recipe if you guys are foodies like me or love to cook give it a try and yeah
31:55my day it started out so great I hope your day goes as well as how I'm feeling
32:00and the waffles were so good I did not need to eat it but I did and it was
32:05delicious and at 50 years old I'm okay if I'm a little bit fluffier around the
32:10midsection I am still taking sex endo which is helping with my weight loss
32:15loss efforts but I think I've come to a place where I'd rather eat the waffle
32:21with my family then then fit into the perfect outfit right so that's kind of
32:27where I am I always want to share that stuff with you guys because I think
32:30we're just so hard on each ourselves as women that you know we just got to give
32:36ourselves a little grace and a little self-love and and just do the things
32:40that make us happy hi Niels yeah we're talking food so at the end of my lives
32:46I'm gonna do more chitchat and Q&A and just talking so I try to get right to
32:51the point in the beginning with if you miss that I did a lot on the skin
32:54tightening and some radiofrequency and just everything we can do to tighten
33:00your skin but toward the end of the lives I'm gonna focus on just connecting
33:04with everybody and saying hello checking in with you all and I made waffles this
33:08morning meals they were really delicious Pat I have some I have the
33:13same waffle maker you do isn't it great you make them every Sunday yeah I mean
33:17we love waffles and I haven't made them in a couple of weeks but this homemade
33:21waffle recipe the reason I found it was because I have always like box mix that
33:26I kind of like add to to make it my own but the last couple times I used it it
33:31just tasted dry and I'm like no I'm making waffles from scratch this time
33:35and it was really pretty quick Monica says you have an artistic creative brain
33:42and makes perfect sense the home decor aesthetics license cooking I'm better
33:47you're probably pretty good at math I'm betting I am good at math in science
33:53like yeah I passed some of that on to my daughter's my daughter Bella's a pre-med
34:00you know she's a an undergrad in Minnesota studying neuroscience but she's
34:04very math driven science driven both my daughters are excel in those in those
34:09subjects but Bella's probably more creative like me yeah it's interesting
34:15to see how that passes on to your children which traits from you your kids
34:18get but yes I am creative and I did do well in math and science in school you
34:26guys I wish that we could do like a zoom where I could see all of you guys and we
34:30just talk to each other you should do some cooking videos I know I always
34:35think about it but then I'm like well I don't want to like discourage people who
34:38are just here for the skincare but you know gorgeously aging and just living
34:43our best lives it's more than just skincare and facial rejuvenation you
34:48know it's about everything and you know I think if there's one thing I feel kind
34:52of proud of is as I've gone into my 50th year of life is just kind of getting to
34:57a point of self-acceptance and really isolating the things that really lift me
35:00up in life and the things that drag me down and who has time for that right I
35:04think when you're young you tolerate so much more and you get to an age where
35:08you're like I don't have as many years ahead of me as I used to so I'm not
35:11gonna I'm not gonna put up with that nonsense and you definitely start living
35:16a more authentic like focused life on the things that make you happy and
35:20fulfilled so I'm so grateful that I'm finally getting there I wish I had
35:25gotten there in my 30s and not putting up with so much bullcrap but let's see
35:30here great info gorgeous I have a question I I bought from ace costume
35:35higher on but reading the prospectus prospectus it says that it's for the
35:42knees no did I throw away the money no no no higher on is a pure hyaluronic
35:47acid and you can use it for BAP you can use it in mesotherapy you can use it in
35:52microneedling higher on is a great product I loved it I used it in a BAP
35:56technique but I also will add a little into microneedling so no no waste of
36:01money at all you'll love higher on there's so many there's so much of it
36:06that comes in that box so definitely use it in more than one way yeah it's a
36:11really versatile product so that's definitely one that I keep on hand so no
36:16waste of money there all right you guys I'm gonna say good day to all of you I
36:21love and appreciate you all thank you so much for being here I will see you
36:25next time love and hugs
