00:08It is said that in 1919, Count Camilo Negroni
00:13ordered the replacement of his Americano, Club Soda, with gin.
00:21Years later, when this cocktail became popular,
00:25they put his name in honor.
00:31Traditionally, Negroni is served in an old-fashioned glass.
00:38With ice.
00:47And three equal parts of Campari, Vermouth Rojo and Gin.
01:00To measure, I will use 30 milliliters of each thing.
01:16Vermouth Rojo.
01:25Campari.
01:31And Gin.
01:35And to finish, it is originally served with a slice of orange.
01:39And I'm only going to use the peel.
