00:00 Hello OG, I'm John.
00:04 Welcome to our prefab container houses here in Pampanga.
00:09 Ito yung mga prefab container houses namin.
00:16 We originated in China, but because of the high demand in our country, Philippines, we
00:22 tried to venture here.
00:26 Started around before the pandemic, where most of our clients that time are construction
00:31 sites.
00:32 Ginagamit yung mga container natin as construction temporary offices or barracks.
00:39 But during the pandemic, nakita nila yung bilis ng construction and we're able to use
00:45 the container houses to build many COVID hospitals at that time.
00:50 Right now, mas nagagamit na rin yung mga prefab containers for residential use.
01:00 Ang difference ng conventional construction of houses to prefab containers, prefab containers
01:14 are a lot faster.
01:17 So the materials, the components are already prefabricated.
01:21 So pagdating sa site, assembly na lang.
01:26 One more major difference is using prefab containers, we're limiting the construction
01:33 waste to minimal or to zero.
01:37 Since everything is already prefabricated, ina-assemble na lang natin parang lego na
01:41 lang.
01:42 Right now, we have two available designs for our prefab container houses.
01:47 One is the wooden wall color and one is the corrugated white.
01:53 The materials we use are mostly steel for the mainframe.
01:58 Everything is pre-painted and galvanized.
02:01 So our wall panels are fire retardant, high density EPS wall sandwich panels.
02:09 For the windows, we use PVC frames and double-layered glass.
02:14 The double-layered glass helps with sound insulation and heat insulation.
02:21 For our door, we use pre-painted steel door with European standard door lock.
02:29 Our prefab containers are earthquake resistant, typhoon resistant, and also fire retardant.
02:36 Yung strength niya and stability niya is designed for each unit.
02:41 That's why our containers have a fixed size.
02:45 Kasi yung design niya is mostly for that dimension.
03:02 3 meters wide and 5.95 meters long.
03:06 So ito ang actual bare unit natin.
03:09 Tara, pakita ko sa inyo.
03:12 So ito ang actual bare unit natin.
03:15 Meron kasamang dalawang bintana, saka isang pintuan.
03:20 So for this unit, meron siyang standard electrical.
03:24 Ang standard electrical natin meron dalawang outlet, dalawang ilaw, isang breaker, isang
03:30 aircon outlet.
03:39 We also have an option to add the standard toilet and bath.
03:51 So the fiberglass is completely waterproof.
03:54 Wala nang magiging problem sa leakage.
03:58 Our standard toilet and bath set is all in one.
04:02 Kasama na yung water closet, yung lavatory, and yung shower.
04:06 As well as a small awning type window.
04:10 Pwede rin ibang customization.
04:12 So yung windows pwedeng hindi nandyan, pwedeng dito nakalagay.
04:16 Yung door pwedeng gumawa ng backdoor.
04:18 Lahat pwedeng palitan ng glass wall and other interior finishes that you like.
04:25 For our prefab containers, hindi siya mainit kasi all components from the walls to the
04:31 roofing are all insulated.
04:33 So for our walls, we use 50mm EPS insulation, which is also fire retardant.
04:40 And our roofing, we also use insulation.
04:43 Kung ayaw nyo naman yung standard prefab size natin, gusto nyo kunyari may limitation yung
04:48 area nyo, gusto nyo mas maliit o mas mahaba, we can also make a custom prefab unit.
04:55 So, this unit is a little different from our prefab containers na pwedeng i-collapse, pwedeng
05:02 i-assemble.
05:03 This unit is fully welded.
05:06 So ang structure na ginagamit namin ay mainly steel tubulars to form the main structure.
05:12 So pwede tayong maglagay ng veranda sa harap, pwede nating gawing mas mahaba yung likod
05:18 para may CR.
05:19 This is an example of the customized prefab unit.
05:22 Here's an example of a fully furnished interior design unit.
05:32 Disclaimer lang, hindi kami nagprovide ng furnitures.
05:35 But we have options for the flooring finish and the wall finishes.
05:41 So for this toilet and bath, gumawa lang kami ng division na around 1.2m.
05:50 And then for the flooring, nilagyan na namin ng tiles.
05:57 For this wall design, ang gamit namin PVC wall cladding.
06:02 So yung PVC is highly waterproof, parang plastic material siya.
06:07 So it's very applicable for toilet and bath.
06:11 Pwede pang shower talaga.
06:13 Pwede pa to lagyan ng glass enclosure and other toilet fixtures.
06:25 So pwede silang i-pwesto ng side by side.
06:37 We also have this two-story model unit.
06:40 It's around 160m2.
06:43 It's actually consisted of 18 prefab containers.
06:47 So if you want a larger space, this is the best example.
06:53 As mentioned, this is our larger model unit.
07:04 This is an example of our combined unit.
07:13 So this is two prefab containers, so dalawang 18m2, naging total of 36m2.
07:20 So pwede itong two containers, pwedeng three, four, five, kahit gano'ng kahaban.
07:27 Kung napapansin nyo, meron parang inside gutter dito.
07:33 So yun yung ginagawa namin connection ng dalawang unit for the waterproofing.
07:38 So our standard container only takes one day to build.
07:41 Napaka-bilis unlike sa mga conventional construction.
07:45 Sumunod, after building the container, it's as good as ready for use.
08:08 this is an example of a roof deck using prefab container.
08:12 So ngayon nasa taas tayo ng isang container, at eto ginawa namin roof deck.
08:18 So nilagyan namin siya ng WPC flooring or wood plastic composite.
08:24 It's completely made for outdoors.
08:27 It's entirely waterproof.
08:29 And here we have an example of a container using glass wall.
08:33 So aside from the standard sandwich wall panel na pinakita namin kanina,
08:49 So for a price of P170,000, meron ka ng isang 18 square meter na basic prefab container.
08:57 So dun nagtatapos ang ating tour.
09:07 Sana marami kayong natutunan about prefab container houses.
